It was everything I ever want in a cake-flavorful, moist, and with a perfect amount of frosting. They don't seem to carry inventory in the store for purchase and they primarily bake for commercial entities, but make cakes available if they can accommodate. The Ultimate Cheesecake Contest s located in the Metro Parkway area. This place offers cheesecake, cupcakes, cakes and pies of various sizes and flavors. But, if you haven't called in an order, call to see what they have left or else you may be out of luck. And you'll want to bring cash as that is the only form of payment they take. And they close at 2:00pm but since I called ahead they waited on me until 2:15. I called in an order for a key lime cheesecake which is $20. I drove over to pick it up and they were out so I settled for an original cheesecake. Upon entrance the sweet smell of cakes and cake batter makes you smile. Everything is already made so there's no wait time. There's also no seating as this place is for pick-up only. My cheesecake was a little hard but I think it had been in the freezer since they were at closing time. It was a little hard to cut since but as I stated it may have been in the freezer. The initial taste was ok but the graham cracker crust was delicious! I wish it had been room temperature so the experience would have been better. But as it "thawed" a bit the texture softened and the taste appeared to be really good. I'll try the again for sure because I want to taste their cupcakes and pies. read more

Found this place while trying to find some good desserts on our side of the city. We are very satisfied with the cheesecake we purchased. The cheesecake was flavorful and exactly what you expect a cheesecake to smell like, look like and taste like. The cheesecake has a delicate flavor without being overwhelming, the graham cracker crust is just the right amount of firm and has a great flavor all its own. We got the strawberry topping, and while it was a jelly/jam topping it was still good. We prefer fresh strawberries but it didn't take away from the flavor. A few things you should know: 1. It is located in an industrial park but it isn't hard to find. 2. It is not a bakery/panaderia, they do have some items on hand for sale but not everything they offer for sale is available in store. You can't go in there thinking you can pick and choose cookies, cheesecakes, cakes or cupcakes. You'll have to order those items if they don't already have them in stock. Employees were super friendly and helpful with us, considering we went in thinking we were going to see display cases of sweet treats. Absolutely fell in love with their cheesecakes!! The turtle one was instantly a hit over the holidays. They are not overwhelmingly sweet and are nice and creamy. The Oreo is definitely my favorite so far, but will definitely be trying more! So yummy! read more

I've been using Ultimate Cheesecake Bakery for two years now around Thanksgiving and Christmas. I've had the pina colada, praline and amaretto pies to date and they have all been crowd pleasers. I never have to worry about there being left overs as whatever is not eaten is packed away by relatives and I'm happy to share such a great thing with great people! I bought the 16 type sampler at it was good cheesecake, enjoyed the various flavors. The price was good for the taste and texture. Their cake is dense, not like the Cheesecake Factory at all but not nearly as pricey either. Let the cake sit out for 30 min to let it soften up. Key line is delicious. read more

Crust was falling apart and wet mushy middle couldn't even receive them the right temperature !
