Today I got the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and it wasn't even finished. It wasn't solid & refrigerated long enough. I'm not sure how they make their cheesecakes. It was so bad that the cheesecake was runny & spilling all over in the box on my way home. They are extremely rich and the frosting on top isn't really a contrast but instead a pile of sweet mess. Definitely a drink with milk type cookie. The brown cookie was the best, tastes like a brownie. Have tried these at work but wouldn't purchase them myself. Don't try to eat these before you sleep. I had the luxury of receiving a pink box for my birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous. Almost too gorgeous to eat.... ALMOST. The passion fruit was my absolute favorite, I love the popping boba balls filled with juice. It was a unique cookie and I love it! Not too sweet either. The original was our family's favorite we love peanut butter m&ms so it instantly became a hit. All of the other cookies were just absolutely delicious and hit the spot for me that I made a visit. The quarry location can get quite busy so order ahead or order for delivery if you can. Inside the shop is not super big either so it can get crowded fast. The shop is simple, yet beautiful with the kitchen view right behind the counter. The customer services I experienced were patient and friendly and super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this business from the persepctive of a receiver and the purchaser. It's always exciting to go to a business and see their new weekly menu. You only get these cookies if you need the finest, freshest cookies you can get. We watched the cookies being made, a flurry of activity with maybe eight employees running around baking cookies! Each cookie was lifted carefully, gently, individually with a spatula from the cookie sheets to the pink box. Amazing.
