He capped a head in a section of my backyard that was getting watered by three different zones and pooling water. He replaced 2 heads in the front yard, including one that was blocked by tree roots. He changed the spray pattern on 1 or 2 other heads to optimize watering in a problem section. He noticed that I was running a zone to an empty garden bed and recommended that I turn that zone off.
