I was asked if that time works for me. I got back to Alanah right away and said yes, that works for me. She did not say anything else and never gave me further directions for booking, so I thought we were good to go for 3:30pm today. Around 11:55am today, I wanted to make sure that we would be having our 3:30pm appointment, so I texted. Alanah wrote back to me that she gave a 4pm appointment to another client. I asked when this happened and she said last night. Keep in mind that she never told me that I can no longer have the 3:30 pm slot she offered me. I had to ask. She also never told me what more was needed for me to solidify the appointment. She never apologized for these things even after I outright asked for an apology. My biggest problem was the lack of an apology for offering me an appointment I couldn't have. After I said I would take it, I should've been informed by her that I could no longer have the appointment. A simple apology could have helped the issue. I asked him a question about a certain stretch and he really didn't have any answers for me which I find to be very interesting since it's his job. Didn't he get any kind of education in order to be stretching people? I unfortunately signed up for a membership last year so I have to wait until September when my subscription is up. I have 6 free massages that I can use so far so I'm going to use those and hopefully those will be better than the stretching that they offer. Another con is that they OFTEN cancel appointments last minute so be prepared if you book an appointment at this particular location.
