They said they did everything right but when I made inquiries about the situation it definitely seems that they could have done things better than they did. Presently I will not encourage anyone to use their Title agency again. Absolutely no service from Evans Title is requested now. I don't know why that check mark appeared. The quality of service and the responses given after the recent transaction was unsatisfactory. Hoping and praying no one else will have the moments of stress I had when I discovered what happened with my closing.

The customer service and disrespectful tone of voice that all staff in that office use make getting anything done a headache. They kept out deposit past the 30 days that the law requires them to return it in. I received the full amount as the home was returned in great condition. An extremely unprofessional team and I strongly recommend nobody use either the rental or sales department. They charged me $25 to have my door unlocked once and the maintenance person who showed up demanded cash on the spot (after I had been locked out on my porch at 7am) I only had $20 and he said that was enough for the lock out and would cover his gas. The office then continued to text me for the $5! And then we're upset thag I included it in my rent instead of giving them the $5 separate! Beware of Leis realty!

As an adult I have been to countless auctions and referred people to him. Jerry and his staff are knowledgeable, personable, and just awesome people. His auctions are first class, very well organized, and an absolute day of fun to go to. Even if you don't buy anything. They make the auctions enjoyable. Stichter advertises every auction as "A very fine" or "excellent" public auction, but sells mostly…read moremass-produced bric-a-brac like pyrex bowls, mold-made pottery, cross stitch samplers made to look antique, old fashioned furniture, etc. The staff makes it seem like they're doing the buyers a favor for just showing up on auction day. He also sometimes attributes items as things they are not. For instance, he sold a friend of mine a small vase Stichter said was jadite jade, but was actually resin plastic. When my friend took it to his jeweler for appraisal, the jeweler laughed and said it was worth, "About $3." My friend had paid $150. When he tried to return it to Stichter, he was told "as is where is" and his responsibility was to inspect all items before purchasing. Overall, this auctioneer is mostly hype. Oh, I forgot to mention that he favors his own workers when taking bids. I have seen him ignore other bidders when someone on his staff is bidding on an item.

I told her my goal was to find a home that I could live in for 2 years then if there were reasons for me to leave that specific area I would talk to her about listing it for sale. I have sold four home fsbo prior to meeting Shari Thokey. She welcomed me to go ahead and try to sale the home by owner if that is what would be best for me. The last time I tried to sale a home by owner I met people who seemed to want to take advantage of me even though they said good things about the upgrades made to the house they were not qualified to buy the home without causing me problems that I did not welcome. Shari made a commitment to help me sell my home for the first time (in OHIO) allowing a realtor to assist me in the sale. Less than one week after the home was listed on the MLS for sale Shari had a buyer. A buyer's agent was involved. Shari helped me through the entire process. She didn't just list it and forget it. She constantly answered my questions and eased my concerns. She had no problem listing the home the way I requested that it be sold. Thank the Lord for realtors like Shari who do their job sincerely helping her customers whether they are buying or selling. Additional note: I had been trying to sell my home fsbo and the price was too low to match the present market value. I listed the home on MLS with Shari as my selling agent. I requested that the price be lowered about 4.9k to help get it sold quickly to meet my needs at the time. Shari's knowledge about what the home could and most likely would sell for was correct.

For those of you that don't know the VA is very thorough on what they approve because they want a buyer to have a safe and sound home. Well, we hired Nick to perform our inspection before the VA came to look at the home. He showed up on time (not to mention the appointment was short notice for him) and he spent hours inspecting our home. Afterwards we received a 40+ page report of everything he thought was of concern with the home. We based our negotiations off of his report and got fixed what we thought the VA we be concerned about.
