First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Hallelujah and thank God for sending Mobile Tire Shop The Way my way! I woke up to see a very flat…read moretire on my Honda CRV early this morning, and Juan was the only one who proved to be a real 24 hr service! The other highly rated mobile tire businesses listed on Google didn't even respond to their automated voice mail or pick up the phone because I think they were probably still sleeping when I needed them! Juan answered my call and lucky for me, he was available to come to my house within 25 minutes to fix the flat tire. I also learned from Juan's expert tire repair knowledge that the shop I had taken my car to the previous day for new brake pads likely caused damage to the tire stem valve because there was no nail or other puncture in the tire treads to cause the air leakage. Juan did the soapy spray test, changed out the internal valve pin, and my saggy tire became good as new again in a matter of 15 minutes! He checked the valves on the other tires and my other car's tires for free too! Juan only accepts cash or cash payment methods like Zelle, but his exceptional customer service is well worth it! He's punctual, pleasant, affordable, works fast, and most importantly, he does the job right! Anything related to tires, Juan is your man! Not many reviews (yet) because his company just started, but I highly recommend giving him a chance if needing help with a tire emergency! He's working on my…read morecar as I write this, and I'll update once it's complete -- though based on his other reviews, I can't imagine it'll be anything but great. I first called him for quotes on my starter, struts, and brakes. His pricing came in well below the 3-4 other quotes I'd gotten. But the bigger thing was that he spent over an hour on the phone with me, across a few calls, just trying to figure out what was actually wrong. I'd assumed it was the starter. So did a buddy I call for car help. So I ordered three parts online -- and felt a small, misplaced sense of pride at managing that on my own at dinner with my family. Talking to Thomas, it became clear that unlike most mechanics or service writers who just book the job for someone else to do, he was genuinely trying to help, and was far and away the most knowledgeable and straightforward person I'd spoken to. When we scheduled the appointment, he asked if I was sure I'd ordered the right parts, since I'd told him I know nothing about cars. I sent him the invoice. Every single part was wrong, for different reasons -- and I'd only ordered one side instead of both. Embarrassing, but we caught it before anything shipped, and he walked me through the correct parts and explained why the price, quality, and value differed across the options. I then sent him a video with audio of the main issue, and he determined it definitely wasn't the starter. That let me return that part too. Most shops would have just installed what I asked for and let me find out later -- after all, I bought it and asked them to. My car has around 230,000 miles on it, and I turn down most repair suggestions. At this point everything can be replaced, but I'm not putting more into it than it's worth. Thomas mentioned a transmission drain and flush for $300 -- mentioned it once, never pushed -- and I did it purely because I'd come to trust his read over my own. I also had squeaky brakes and asked him to quote parts and labor, even though they'd been replaced a year ago. After looking at them, he said the brakes were fine and gave me three options: clean the pads to kill the noise, leave them alone, or just replace the pads. I went with new pads. That took $300 off my $1,100 bill -- and could have been $500 off if I'd waited on the pads. This is the longest review I've ever written. I'm in sales and have worked at a car dealership so I know how rare it is to find people in the industry who actually check every box from expertise, customer service, affordability, quality of service, AND reliability. Thomas checked every box, plus one I didn't know existed. If you're in Las Vegas or Henderson, this is the guy.
