Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

Unfortunately, the quality of the set was also very poor. I was charged for a "medium" set that looks much smaller, the polish application is uneven, and the nails are crooked and lumpy. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of work. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Instead, they were incredibly accommodating and still gave me the full treatment--and even extended my session to make sure I got the most out of it. That kind of patience and genuine care is so rare to find these days. The facial itself was done with so much attention to detail. Every step was gentle, professional, and clearly done with skill and passion. My skin felt so refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward--it was exactly what I needed. My skin care journey started when I was 15. I've always had a clear skin growing up but after reaching the teen stage of my life and discovering how to put makeup on, I started breaking out, really badly. I remember being so embarrassed to go to school because of my acne. I tried every product out there, especially proactive. It worked really fast for me when I started using it, but right after I ran out of the product and stopped using it (I got confident since my skin got clear) I started breaking out again. And it was way worse than before I started using the product! Probably one of my mistakes was not being knowledgeable about how to take care of my skin. Desperate to use or do anything with my skin just to get it better, I stumbled upon Herbal Touch when I went with my parents to the grocery store next door. There I met Don, and he immediately pointed out what I need for my skin and what I was doing wrong, I really liked how knowledgeable he was about the anatomy of my skin and how he genuinely cared about fixing my skin problems. Now, 4 years later, I'm about to turn 19 and in my third year in college, I can definitely say that I made the right decision about going in that day to get my skin checked. I visited 5.23.2025 and it wasn't worth what I paid. I planned on getting a facial along with my mom as a surprise for her birthday. With high expectations, we got our facial but were disappointed with the service itself. My mom was serviced by Saraí and she didn't place a headband on her which resulting in excesses product along her hair. Later there was a mask placed on our face and the ladies left us for about 20 mins! I was reconsidering this service, why not massage the clavicle or scalp in the meantime? While she was gone a kid entered the building. That's where our service completely became unenjoyable. I was ready to leave. Why allow a loud, crying child into a place where it's meant to be quiet? Not only that but the owner was the mom of the child and wasn't attending her kid properly. Not only was he extremely loud but was going inside the rooms we were in to look for his mom. Very uncomfortable. Not only was he loud but other ladies working there were laughing excessively. A facial should be the only of the few places to escape noise and this place didn't acknowledge that. Overall, this facial wasn't worth what I paid, please save your money, especially since some ladies there aren't licensed. read more

I've decided to really put effort and money into my skin and wanted to find an aesthetician that could be my monthly go to, while I do the work on my own as well. After reading the reviews on Herbal Touch, I decided to give them a try. I had my first facial and dermabrasion session with Anna 3 weeks ago and have my next appointment tomorrow. I was so impressed. My breakouts have decreased and I have had to use less products. Anna is great and she educates you as well, she doesn't just do her thing and send you on your way.
