I was very disappointed with my experience. Upon walking in, I was not greeted, and while I was waiting, the technicians looked back at me and began laughing amongst themselves in another language, which made me feel uncomfortable. After being asked to sit at a station, I waited about 15 minutes before a technician finally started my nails. About 10 minutes into the service, she got up to empty a customer's pedicure water and then returned to continue working on my nails without washing her hands. Unfortunately, the quality of the set was also very poor. I was charged for a "medium" set that looks much smaller, the polish application is uneven, and the nails are crooked and lumpy. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of work. Sadly, I will not be returning. read more

Extremely unprofessional experience. The staff seemed more focused on upselling additional services than actually providing the one I came in for. I ended up waiting over an hour without receiving any service, and no one communicated about the delay or gave an estimate of the wait time. Horrible!! Horrible place! Please do not go! They are rude ! I'm not sure who is run this awful place! They pick and choose who to help! I was sitting getting a pedicure they had to remove my old gel so the lady looked so bothered and said 5$ extra and I said okay! I came in specifically to get an ingrown removed because I could not relieve the pain. I usually get gel at other salons but because I know I had an ingrown I wanted to avoid gel this time so I asked for a regular manicure. The lady there changed her whole mood once I said no gel. She was rude and had a man do my nails. I mentioned the ingrown to him and he not only DID NOT remove it, but he did terribly on my manicure & my nail beds are so damaged now. He ended up leaving me mid way because he had an "appointment". Then the lady in the beginning ended up painting my nails TERRIBLY & although she said she could help me with the ingrown, she cut me DEEP. I removed the nail polish as soon as I got home. They charged me $20 to remove my gel x , it took literally 4 minutes and i noticed it said $15 on the "menu" after I already paid. 20 dollars is crazy... it was a rainy day so I think they just SCAMMED me because it was slow. usually I pay 8 or 10 at high end salons. I should've asked how much it was before I sat down, so that my fault, but $20 for a simple removal is robbery . I only normally get a gel pedicure which I like and have had no problems in the past. This time that I went the "massage" was just a light rub. I also wanted to treat myself and get a gel manicure. I showed the tech two different pictures and asked which would be easier for her to do. She asked which one I preferred and I was honest. I wanted to use my natural nails as I have grown them out pretty long. She butchered the almond shape and design. Don't come here if you're expecting professionalism in terms of the quality of work done and in terms of respect towards customers. My mother in law went in today hoping to come out with a smile feeling good on a Friday, but instead was insulted and made fun of by staff here. My mother in law wears a necklace with a magnifying glass because she's been vision impaired her whole life. Yes, she wears specially prescribed glasses too, but she enjoys taking breaks from them time to time. She was getting work done and debating about the color she wanted for her toes and used her necklace/magnifying glass to see better and the nail tech mocked her by imitating her use of the magnifying glass and laughed. Then this nail tech had the audacity to call another nail tech over to laugh together. Like a bunch of little kids being bullies for someone using glasses. It was clear to my mother in law what was "so funny." My mother in law then asked for disposable sandals after the work was done and was answered with an attitude in body language. Then it came time to pay--before my mother in law is about to reach into her purse, she asked if her finger nail paint was dry. They confirmed it was dry, so she reached in her purse and the paint smeared. She sees the paint smudged, she asked if they could fix it, and--again with an attitude, they say they will fix it for $2. She paid it, but why tell her it was dry already? And why charge her if the accident happened before she paid or even left the shop? This isn't her fault and she shouldn't have been charged. This whole experience hurt her feelings immensely and has me and my family furious with the lack of care, respect, and consideration towards her. Anyone would be upset knowing their mother/in law was insulted by an employee or by anyone. Top it off they did a lousy job and used cheap polish. Save your money, save your time, and don't bother going or recommending this place to anyone. We are passing the word to family and friends and hope this review spreads the word on this business. They didn't lose one customer this day, but lost many possible future clients as well. They deserve their lousy rating. read more

If I could leave a ZERO star for this establishment and service , I would. My mom went in for service 2 weeks ago and was treated terrible. My mom is legally blind and is physically disabled. She uses a prescribed magnifying glass which she wears on her necklace. The nail techs made fun of her for using it and laughed with each other about her. How disrespectful! These immature individuals have no manners and lack education on how to be in society at a place of business no less. This REALLY should be enough for the negative review, but if that wasn't enough to be treated like this and ridiculed, the quality of work done on her nails was TERRIBLE! The nail polish smudged off very easlly after the techs told her that they were dry and that she could pay at that time. They charged her another separate fee of $2 to fix it. Why would they charge her for their mistake? They told her they were dry and that she could pay....resulting in reaching into her purse to get her card to pay. Sounds premeditated to me. I wouldn't leave this review if it weren't a big deal. The manager tried to cover it up and said that the language is a barrier and that they didn't understand , and to not leave a negative review. That's untrue . The Physical body language that these techs used and laughing at someone is universal and is understandable for any language and all people. Yesterday, I went in for an underarm wax. I saw a customer walk out, and I was told to go into the room. I waited, and the technician insited I lay down. I asked, "Can you please change the paper on the pillow?" You can clearly see the indention from the previous customer. The towel was never changed either she just straightened it out. As the process started, the wax was TOO hot, and I jumped. She burned my underarm, and it was painful. She apologized and put some neosporene. My right underarm was that she had a difficult time as the bed was pushed against the wall, so she was not able to access it in a comfortable position. The wax rolled off to the side of my underarm, and it was messy. Ladies, please be careful!! This morning, I have a bad burnt ring. Im nursing it with alovera. The reviews are posted for a reason. I've been here a few times but think I found "my spot" I made an appointment at 2:30 and was being worked on by 2:35 it's nice to not have to wait so long especially if you have an appointment. My total was $87 for an acrylic overlay and gel pedicure. Nancy did such a great job on my nails and the lady that did my pedicure also did a great job. It is a little on the pricey end for the pedicure but it includes the foot scrub, hot towel and a massage. read more

I paid for a mani/pedi service that included a 5 min massage. The technician Tammy only rubbed, not massaged, my feet for less than a minute each. She didn't even use a timer! When I asked her about the lack in time of my massage, she told me that each additional minute is $1.00, as if she fulfilled the 5 minute massage. I the felt like she was testing my intelligence. She then offered to give me a better massage next time. To top it all off, there's a $2.00 charge for using your debit card! This is not posted anywhere in the salon. So I took the new managers invitation to return. I was not disappointed and have been back several times. They are under new management/ownership and it really shows. Heather, Nancy and Tran are awesome- I've been lucky to have my mani/pedi's by all three and was very happy with the treatment, thoroughness and care. The experience for my mother was terrible!!! Ladies there aren't friendly and have a caca face upon entering. My mom asked to soak her dry cuticles for 10 mins. This is my 4th time here. As you can tell by my nail reviews, I'm very particular about may nails. If you want your natural nails to grow and flourish, do not come here. I hope to find someone here that can do a decent job. They will steal the living enamel, bed and skin off of your nails. I tried 4 women. The First Lady put so many layers of polish my fingers were undetectable. The second visit the lady had to drill the polish off, complained about the first lady's job and didn't understand. Meanwhile I was panicking and bein reassured as my polish was getting furiously buffed off that they do a great job. Nancy does my toes or Lisa they're both excellent and T or Alex do my nails and both of them are great at what they do. I found this place by accident during one of my darkest moments my daughter and I came in no appointment and the still took us in right away. Although a little more pricey that I'm used to the quality of work makes it worth it. Tran has such amazing skills they all do but she's my go too and Tee is just so patient with my 9 year old little Diva. Don't let me get started on the Manager she is Amazing. The customer service is horrible and they pressure you into spending more money and keep adding $5 fees to every little thing. They don't take no for an answer!
