That leaves a 15% student body comprising all unmentioned ethnic groups in a one-block school area. Would that 15% still have enough clout to over-power a 60% Armenian/25% Hispanic population and instigate their own form of racism?

This is a cultural problem, a failure in guidance and leadership. If a school claims to prioritize faith, then it should actively teach empathy, humility, and compassion and not allow hurtful behavior to go unchecked. Do better. Hold your students accountable. Teach them to live the values you preach, not just speak them. No child deserves to feel alone or targeted in a place that claims to be built on God's love.
