IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.

I had a recent experience with Amorah where I entered her office with screaming knee pain, for which I was wearing a brace to control the pain. I left with absolutely NO PAIN. I even went for a 2 mile walk the next day and could not get over that my pain was gone. It was like Amorah sent my knee pain on vacation! Unreal! I don't even really understand what all is encompassed in acupuncture, but the process is really relaxing. Amorah has 3 treatment rooms indoors and a really comfy outdoor room to meet your needs. Each treatment room's bed is mad of different materials and is designed to help just by the material the ned is made of. It's so relaxing, actually. You are in a room on a cozy bed (I prefer the stone bed) and Amorah checks in about what you may need. As you respond, she begins the process of adding needles to various parts of your body. You hardly feel them. After you are all set up, she sets the environment with a choice of some music or white noise and she lets you stay by yourself, with the needles in you, for about 20 -30 mins.
