Dr. Lotufo is the best! After a car accident, she helped my neck and back feel so much better. I went through my car insurance bodily insurance, which they are pro at handling. (Side note, highly recommend everyone pay slightly extra for this coverage they normally tell you not necessary because you have health insurance. Reason worth it because you can see whoever you want, no networks and it can even covers massage therapy! Through BI they want you healed quickly as possible through the best practices, so they can close the case, not like regular health care services). The massage therapy I received along with my care was excellent and highly recommend seeing Julie, she has amazing healing hands. Can't leave out a shout out to Norma, the Office Manager, she's amazingly sweet and helpful. Dr. Lotufo not only helped me with the impact caused from the accident, but also the impact on my body from working on the computer and driving on the road for work. Giving me great tips and stretches for it, along with building my core strength. As well as, treating me for TMJ, where Dr. Lotufo literally massages out all the tightness. Felt ridiculously amazing. Dr Lotufo is one of the most amazing healers I have ever met! My daughter and I have been going to her for probably about seven years and she has never let us down. First let me start by saying that I used to work with Dr. Lotufo as a massage therapist. Having been in the business for a very long time, Dr. Lotufo is the BEST chiro I have worked with. Her knowledge, her bedside manner and her continued drive to increase her knowledge of the human body make her the best I have professionally worked with. Dr. Lotufo also actually spend TIME with her patients. She is with her patient one on one and does not run her practice and an adjustment mill. When I was rear ended, there was no question in my mind who I was going to go to help put me back together. On the receiving end: As a massage therapist, I appreciate that Dr. Lotufo does a hands on exam using all hands on applications (Range of Motion tests, Palpation, Muscle Testing, etc), and then confirms her finding through computer screenings. I have been adjusted by a lot of different chiro's. Dr. Lotufo's touch and approach was very in tune with what my body has going on. She was not too rough and very conscious of how my body was reacting. She did not force any adjustments and kept the adjustment to what was needed. I did not leave feeling over treated at all. Again, being a massage therapist, I appreciate that Dr. Lotufo is creating a treatment plan for my therapy as well as supportive of me working and continuing my therapy with my acupuncturist and whatever other therapy might be needed to support my recovery.
