I had something loose on my car recently and after googling, I found that it wasn't the engine. It was most likely some part of the exhaust that had come loose. Well, I was kind of right. They had to replace some screws and I was good to go for $48. I'm OK with that, but I'm just not sure why it took most of the day. I think they're just super-busy because they're good, but still. They also took almost an entire day to run a diagnostic test of my boyfriend's car. They recently helped him with what he had thought was the problem with his car, but actually wasn't. So he had to take it back and they found the actual problem--which was another $280 to fix. This was after the other thing was around the same amount to fix. I just wish they would have caught it the first time around instead of charging my boyfriend for something that wasn't even really the issue. But overall, they provide a great service and they have two Volvo specialists, which is helpful. They also have a killer refferal program which gets you and your referral $30 off a service or a free oil change. They're also offering a discounted brake repair service in OCT to support breast cancer research. I would definitely go back, but make sure you ask them for what you really want and don't assume what you think is wrong is the actual problem. Let them research it and find the issue.

Standard oil change, car check up stuff, it was free so I can't comment on the prices. But what really surprised me was the fact that they did a follow up phone call which I felt was above and beyond because for all they knew, I was just a girl with a gift certificate and never coming back. They came and towed my car, took care of it, changed my alternator, and did a great job overall. They took 24 hours in fixing the issue. He strung us along for several months, buying time and saying a new engine was "on the way" all while we were making $500-$1000 payments for the work. He lied to us and told us the new engine had a warranty yet he never provided the name of the company and no paperwork ever came in the mail. When he finally installed an engine he claimed was a new Kia engine, the engine lasted for 3 weeks before the car broke down again. On the repair invoice, he put the wrong VIN # and misspelled my name on purpose, he also always insisted on being paid in cash so there was no electronic trail of his illegal doings. The emotional and financial trauma we experienced as a result of dealing with this poor excuse for a human being was unimaginable. I firmly believe that what goes around comes around, Henry will surely get what's coming to him sooner or later.

They also could not produce the used parts the claimed needed repair. They have yet to return our payment. The entire length of time they had the car we really were dealing with incompetent and unprofessional people. We even went on vacation for over a week and they didn't bother to start the repair until we returned and called to pick up the car. It still took a few more days from there for the unrepaired car to be returned. The owner never once found it in himself to call us about the issue and attempt to make things right. There are some places you can't imagine how they are in business. After three weeks of their malarkey I realize this is one of them. DISGUSTING!
