I am NOT a fan of shopping and wow I am very impressed with HCTB. The boutique is stunning and inviting. There is plenty of room for you and your guests that makes your appt feel intimate and special. Morgan was the associate that helped me and she did a fantastic job. She's extremely personable, easy to speak with, pays attention and helps you guide yourself to the perfect dress. She was extremely patient and kind, I can't rave enough about how great she made this experience. This is an appointment required boutique. These can be made online and do require a CC to hold your spot. There is a cancelation/no show fee, but why would you want to cancel? Lol. It's such a beautiful spot, has lots of options and comes with a very caring staff.

I had purchased a wedding gown here and asked them to spot clean my dress for me. It took them over a month to "spot clean" my gown. When I came to pick it up the dress was damaged. They tried arguing with me saying the dress was already like that and it was not. I have photos in my dress showing those damaged were not there. I brought my dress to get altered by my lady and I'm stuck having to pay $750 plus tip to fix the damages they caused to my dress. I called the store and spoke with the manager about this & she refused to make the situation right. I even offered to buy a brand new dress and she would not even have it shipped using rush order for me. We spoke in February about this & she claimed I couldn't get a new dress in till July. My wedding is in June & I have no time to get a new dress & I have to pray that it can be fixed in alterations. My best friend's cousin got a dress here too and they ruined her wedding dress during Alterations. I should have listened and avoided this place completely. An experience that's supposed to be memorable turned out to be a nightmare. They robbed me of what should've been one of the most beautiful experiences A bride can go through. Save yourself the trouble & go to another bridal shop. Update: I am now being threatened by this company. They have been emailing and trying to make it seem like I am spreading lies and she's threatening me to go to the police. She also included in her email "We've also observed that you have been leaving negative and misleading reviews about us, which we believe do not accurately reflect the nature of the transaction. We respectfully ask that you address any concerns directly with us, as we feel these reviews are unfair and do not align with the facts of the situation." I have tried to have this issue resolved many times & they were not willing to help me which lead me here to leave a review about my experience. My right to freedom of speech is now apparently a crime. They consider my review "unfair" yet how I've been treated is totally fine & justifiable apparently. The fact a bridal store would treat a bride like this two months before her wedding is disgraceful. This just shows you they do not care about us & it's all about money. Read other negative reviews before mine. It's clearly a pattern that has been repeated.

I came in today to find a wedding dress and I was not let down!! My stylist today was Erin. I showed her what I was looking for and she found me the dress of my DREAMS. Erin was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and was amazing in selecting the perfect dress for what I wanted. Once I found a favorite, she went and got a few like it so see a similar style. The price tag was perfect for what we asked for and I found the most beautiful dress I could have ever dreamt of. I HIGHLY recommend HCTB and Erin!

HCTB was amazing to work with. Not only did they have a great selection they helped me narrow in on my style. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience at Here Comes the Bride when I purchased my wedding gown. I made an appointment online and it was very easy. They actually had a decent amount of openings and I ended up going with a Sunday. When I arrived for my appointment, I felt very welcomed and received a lot of individual attention. My consultant, Olivia, was awesome. She asked all the right questions and pulled really great samples. My favorite part about Here Comes the Bride would have to be their wide range of sample sizes. I'm a street size 14, and went to a different bridal boutique before HCTB. My experience there was ok, but all of their sample sizes were very small and I couldn't get the right visual of myself since nothing fit even close to where it should be. At HCTB, they actually had sizes where they actually had to clip me in versus squeeze me in. That's a huge plus! It was much easier to actually picture my wedding day when I saw myself with a better fit. Olivia was awesome at helping me visualize every dress. If it didn't fit right in the bust, she would squeeze and hold long enough for me to check myself out in the mirror. That girl knows what she's doing. For a 60 minute appointment, I felt like it was very efficient. I must have tried on 15 dresses, plus my 3 favorites at the end. In the end I said yes to a dress and I've never been happier! The alterations were very easy to deal with for me personally. We ended up purchasing bridesmaids dresses at HCTB as well, and some of my girls had some issues. But in the end, HCTB went above and beyond to make sure the girls were taken care of and they communicated with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend shopping at HCTB for your big day!

A very sweet personal touch on the day of your first appointment.

I am so happy that I decided to go to this bridal boutique! Everyone that I came into contact with were so nice and welcoming and shared in my joy of finding my dress! This boutique is so pretty and well spaced out with each section decorated beautifully. Maria was my bridal consultant and very helpful and patient with me as I tried on wedding dresses. I appreciate the time she took in getting my ideas of what I wanted in a dress, looking at my pinterest board, and pulling some truly gorgeous gowns to try on. We were able to narrow my choices down pretty quickly. Thank you so much Maria for your patience and kindness and expertise!! I can't wait to come back to try on my dress and even shop for bridesmaids dresses here as well! As for covid safety, there is hand sanitizer as you walk in, and everyone was wearing their masks, and we were all spaced out well. My party of 3 and I felt very safe. Thank you so much to everyone here for helping my find my dream dress! I highly recommend this boutique to all the future brides out there!

Just loved my dress and the dramatic look with the blusher!

I would not trust your watch to get serviced properly …read more.. I did give these guys a shot last year replacing the band. While it took days if not weeks longer than expected, I had no reason to fault them specifically. This time, I needed a new battery. According to Tissot, the time difference and hand lag (pictured) is due to improper battery changing sequence and/or incorrect battery. When I called to let Castello know, and find out next steps, the manager Michelle was fairly rude and defensive instead of helpful and understanding. She said things like: "we change 20 batteries a day" "I have worked here for 30 years" "I have sold 100 of these watches" "We have sold Tissot for 40 years" and sooooo many other things like this instead of "let me find out about that" or "I will take care of that for you". She did come close with "we will send it to Tissot for you and report back with how much the repair will be" ....yikes. I said I was ok paying for anything not related to their apparent lack of experience changing batteries in a T-Touch, but there was no offer to stand behind their work, as I read the wrong battery can "fry" the watch, whatever that means. One last Michelle quote:(she does love to argue and be defensive) her: "Is the watch working" me: "yes" her:" that means the battery is good" LMAO I even did a little homework, emailed it to her, and asked if the battery brand used or sequence was followed. She thought the idea was absurd that she read that email from me, when all I wanted was to find out how or if they could help rectify the situation. I visited today to get my $25 back, and decided just to send to Tissot for repairs myself. A LOT more words from Michelle, most of which contradicting her statements form our phone call like "I said I would take care of it" "we have sold Tissot for 35 years" "I have worked here 31 years" etc. but no $25. They are out here just stealing money at this point lol. I will see what Tissot comes back with and if the battery was the cause of any damage, I will return for Costello for them to reimburse and hope they come to their senses and do the right thing. Stay tuned for my updated review!!

Larc has a much larger collection of colored stones than any other jeweler in the area. (Stones in…read moreWheaton has an amazing colored stones event once a year, or did before the pandemic, but that's only once a year.) They have mineral specimens; carved jade; coins; zircons; opals; amethyst; citrine; tourmaline; tanzanite; pearls; plus the standards (emerald/sapphire and I assume ruby). They also have an impressive estate selection and a small sale case with some real bargains, in addition to some cheap stone bracelets and clearly labeled rhinestone earrings as starter jewelry. In addition to the usual jewelry they carry large stone cabochone pendants, and a selection of stone and stone chip beads (these last are estate, I think). As I write this they also have a couple of boxes of goodies to rummage through that are deeply discounted (freshwater pearls! silver! stone!), starting at $5 or so which is fun and a bit dangerous to one's wallet. I have had stones set here, purchased estate pieces, and purchased one ring from some kind of a jeweler's look book they pulled out when showing me settings. As a note, if you really prefer silver to gold they can work with that. The colored stones are phenomenal. They mostly follow current fashion, as one would expect, but if you want something different they'll work with you. Prices are rather high ($1500 for a ring is not unusual), however the selection can't be beat, and prices are occasionally negotiable, particularly if you've been ambushed by several pieces in the estate case at once. And they get points for having affordable goodies you won't find at other high-end jewelers, so they've got range. When Yelp defined 5 stars as "as good as it gets," this would be a 4 star review; however now that 4 stars is merely good, I have to go 5. If this place has a sale, which I don't think they do often, run, do not walk.

I brought in a number of inherited family watches . I wanted to to see if they could be fixed There…read morewas only one they said could be fixed. It was an old Clinton. I found out from a reputable company. , They didn't fix it. They replaced the original mechanism which was wind up with a new battery operated mechanism . That's not what I wanted. I want the original to be fixed. There's nothing I can do about it now the old mechanism is gone. It needed a new strap. I told them what I want. They chose the strap and put it on. The first one didn't fit. I brought it back They exchanged it. The second one didn't fit either I'll be bringing it in for an exchange. In the meantime, the crown fell off the watch. Luckily, I found it. I'll be bringing it in for that to be put back on. I also brought in my gold Tag watch for repairs. The issue with that one was also the crown. They replaced the crown with what they said was a tag crown. It still was not working I could not change the time. In order to change the day and time you have unscrew it then pull out the crown twice a little bit for the time then a little bit more for the date. I brought it back in. It was still under the year warranty. They sent it out to their watchmaker again. It came back with a different crown. The new crown second one was way too big. It was obvious when you looked at it. It barely fits in the opening, and you still cannot unscrew it then pull it out to change the time and date. I happen to be in Las Vegas I had the watch with me I was brought it to Tourneau, for those who don't know , that is one of the most reputable Swiss watch companies there is. They looked at my watch, of course said I should've brought it to an authorized tag dealer. Lark's watch repair did such a poor job. They said there were two screws missing on the inside. The crown was the totally wrong one for my watch and it had not been resealed and was very susceptible to getting water in it . overall lark did a terrible job on my Tag and I feel scammed me on my Clinton. I had paid $200 for the original repairs for the Tag . I don't remember what I paid for the Clintons " repair "bringing it to an authorized tag dealer probably would've cost me $500 to $700. I am now passed the one year warranty date. I'll be bringing both watches back in hoping to get my $200 back, so I can have the money to send it to somebody who knows how to fix a Tag watch. I'm sure they can replace the crown on the Clinton, but nothing can change my disappointment that there is a modern mechanism inside my vintage watch.
