I am disputing a $1,000 down payment for a 2018 Audi Q7 purchased on January 23, 2026 from Heritage Cadillac. Within days of purchase, the vehicle experienced serious mechanical issues, including being found with no oil within 72 hours, indicating the defect existed prior to sale. The vehicle is now inoperable and requires costly repairs estimated between $6,000-$8,000. The vehicle has repeatedly stalled, would not drive above 40 mph, and vibrates excessively, creating unsafe driving conditions. I was forced to pull over in traffic due to these issues. I am no longer willing to repair or keep this vehicle. I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with the dealership, including requests to return or trade the vehicle based on guidance from my lender. I was given conflicting and inaccurate information regarding loan funding, which prevented me from canceling the deal in time. The dealership has failed to respond to my calls and emails, and I have not received promised reimbursements. The lender has also attempted to intervene since February 1, 2026. Despite this, no resolution has been provided. I have since sought assistance from an attorney, Bank of America, and consumer protection agencies. The vehicle was not in acceptable working condition at the time of sale, which is a breach of the implied warranty of merchantability under Georgia law. This was my first and last time I will ever use Heritage Cadillac. I called in on June 17, 2026 to make an appointment for the following day. I needed my wheel repaired, tire replaced, and needed someone to check on my telecommunications/Onstar Module because I was having issues with connectivity. I was told by the person on the phone that they only do wheel work on Friday, so if I wanted to wait for the car, It would be better to bring the car then. I told her that was no problem. My wife brings the car on Friday the 19th and is told that they always keep EVs overnight. That would have been good information to know when I made the appointment... They provide a rental so we are fine with it. Hertz gives me a Hyundai Sante Fe after making me wait for an hour to get a car. And then they call me back the following morning to tell me I have to drive 30 minutes back to their office because GM wont pay for a non-GM rental. I am pissed but I drive back over there anyway. The following Monday, I have to constantly call just to get an update on my car. Finally, I am told that the issue is the telecommunications module, which I already knew, and that part was on back order. I told them that was fine. Just order the part and I will bring the car back when the part arrives. I asked if the rim and tire has been repaired? I was told the tire would be their on Tuesday morning on the truck. That was prefect because we were going out of town Tuesday afternoon, and I did not spend nearly 70k on a car to drive a base model Chevy Blazer. Tuesday morning I am told the truck was late, and then I am told that their wheel guy wont be back until Friday. I said that was fine. Ill just get the car when I return from my trip. I called Saturday Morning, and they still have not touched the vehicle. They have had my car for 7 days and 2 Fridays, and could not be bothered to repair a rim nor change a tire. The communication is horrendous. I will never be back here again. Everytime you call the information is different. Then they call back and say that the vehicle is actually ready for pick up. If you think the incompetence is over, unfortunately, there is more. I arrive to the dealership and even though they called me and said it was ready, they seemed unsure about it. Once they sorted that out. They did presented me with a $500 bill. I have a service plan through Fidelity. That information was provided when I made the aapointment, and once my wife dropped the vehicle off. They were given all of the information they need. Now I have to wait again while they sort that out. I am guessing they didnt procceess the claim or document any of this in their system. Unfortunately, their incompetence still isnt done. I get to Hertz to drop of the rental car and they did not extend the rental terms so I was presented with yet another bill. It is not m my fault that I was given 3 seperate ETAs that were incorrect. We had this trip planned for months. This was my first and hopefully last time dealing with Heritage Cadillac Service Department. read more

Heritage has gotten absolutely ridiculous with repair costs. They want almost 200 for a simple diagnosis even if it's a matter of reading the codes. I have been driving Cadillacs for 30+ years. I had my worst experience ever for service at Heritage Cadillac. My service agent TJ Johnson provided very poor customer service. Amongst other things I was charged $459 to have dye injected into my AC unit to let me know that there was a leak but not to fix it. I knew that when I brought it in as I stated to him when I brought it in. that wasn't nearly the worst part I was charged $871 to breakdown my engine as I was told to diagnose problem. Their diagnosis was that I needed a motor. I OK the 871 to breakdown and diagnose but since I didn't take the $12,000 engine that they recommended to be replaced, I was also charged to put the motor back together. I was not told when I accepted the 871 that it would be that price to break it down then another 600+ dollars to put it back together. If so, I would've declined the breakdown. . Am I wrong for assuming that the 871 was to put it back the way it was when I drove it in? This experience has been a nightmare it goes on and on long story short I'm out of $2012 and all I got was an didn't even wash my truck. Which they always done with whatever service I had before. I posted about this very issue of no heat in the waiting room in 2014. Let's fast forward to 1/20/ 2025 and the waiting room is freezing cold. This is unacceptable. As I look around the waiting room there are so many elderly here. It is sad they don't have a warm place to wait. I would not recommend this place of business. I took my car 6/19/25 at 9:30am for a 22.5K maintenance which includes a tire rotation. I also had a recall on my car (Lyriq). My service advisor was TJ, who advised me recalls could take up to 3 hours. I told him no problem I have a ride back home. I received a phone call at 1155 am and a text message at 1157 am that my car was ready. I thought it was odd but maybe they move fast. Fast forward. I pick my car up at 2pm. As I was driving I noticed my tire pressure in the rear passenger was the same. I previously had a flat so the tire is relatively new and for some reason it's always lower than my other 3. I get home and inspect my tires and notice that the tires have not been rotated because the new rear tire was still in the same place. I paid $39.99 plus tax. I called Heritage and their suggestion "bring it back and we will take care of it".....seriously? So let me get this straight, I paid for a service that you didn't do BUT I HAVE TO BRING MY CAR BACK? Asked to speak to a manager, reached Danny who advised he would send someone to pick up my car by 9 the next morning. Apologized profusely and told me he could not verify that my cars tires were rotated. Well Occams Razor would indicate they weren't. Look it up if you aren't familiar with the term. So here we are at 11 am and no one has picked up my car OR called. So I call and after about 3 transfers I get a message from Emily stating that the car that the guy from Cadillac was driving broke down and they are "trying to get him back and get to me". FOH. So you're bringing me a car I can't even freaking use while you work on my car which should've been done yesterday. This is not the way business should be conducted. Why am I having to call to follow up when the service people refused to complete a paid service? My husband told me he has heard about dealerships that won't complete jobs and instead just reset maintenance in peoples cars but never at Cadillac. Well people it happens. My issue is how can I ever trust this dealership again? To make it worse this was my first time coming here because this is the closest location to my home. I have had a problem with both Jim Ellis Cadillac losing my car and keys, Capital Cadillac trying to scam for repairing a hairline scratch on a loaner and it's unacceptable across the board. I am trying to keep my car up and running like I'm supposed to and these dealerships are straight cheeks. Trash to be specific. If I hadn't just purchased a new tire 5 months ago I would have never known they didn't rotate the tires; which by the way is the ONLY THING you really need to do on an EV. BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within less than 24 hours the speedometer was not working so I have absolutely no idea how fast I'm going while driving (picture below shows it stuck at 0 while I was on the highway!) and there's major transmission issues. Of course it test drove perfectly, but now I am already stuck on the side of the road! After contacting the dealership, they are refusing to do anything about it. I'm not looking to return the vehicle, all I'm asking for is transparency and for them to fix the issues so that my vehicle is functional. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to, I took my vehicle in for a maintenance job and upon picking it up it started acking as if it didn't want to go no matter how hard you press on the gas as long as the air was on, mind you upon taking it in I had no problems with it, then the same day my engine light came on, I called the dealership back and they said bring it back up here in which I did the next day but before I could it it up there the engine light went out, instead of the inspecting the car any way, they sent me back home due to them being swapped, the engine light came on again later that day which was Friday, Saturday came my daughter's needed to go to the store and the car stalled out on them in the middle of the street a car could have crashed into them killing both, I called the guy I spoke with, he advise me to get someone to tow it to the dealership but they wouldn't be a to look at it until Monday, Monday came, they call and said I had a bad sparkplugs and coil and it was going to cost $428 to fix mind you I had already spent $1200, this dealership is a rip-off, How could my sparkplugs be bad when I had them replaced at another Chevrolet dealership about two months ago, do not and I can't advise you enough if you care about your vehicle please take it some where else, I give this dealership a half a star, not even one. read more

Not a great experience overall at the Heritage Cadillac location. First, and most importantly, they either misdiagnosed or incompletely diagnosed the issue, and immediately said they need to replace my AC Compressor. Second, the cost was around twice what it should have cost, which I found out later from a reputable repair shop. That's on me for not checking other places or reading other reviews on this location. I received good service for years at the Hennessy Cadillac location, but they're a bit farther away from my house, so I expected a similar level of quality and service. NOPE! They apparently didn't test the performance after the repair, because I still had the exact same problem with the AC as when I brought the car in. I had to turn around halfway home and bring the car back. This time, they said the problem was the Receiver Drier. Which, should/could have been replaced at the same time as the compressor. At the very least, had they tested the original work to see if it fixed the problem, they would have identified that this part needed replacement while the car was apart, and replaced it at that time. Based on subsequent assessment of my initial symptoms by other mechanics, this turned out to be the actual cause of my original problem. To top it all off, they charged me an "ADDITIONAL" exorbitant repair fee. Finally, since they'd have the car for a few days anyway, I decided to surprise my wife with a showroom-level interior detailing. I sprung for their most expensive package. This too was a total disappointment and waste of money. They didn't clean inside of the cup holders or the center console, so I mentioned this when I brought it back for the ineffective AC repair. Rather than vacuuming and wiping out the console, they sprayed some sort of black colorant in there over the debris in the bottom. I'm guessing to camouflage it??? I have nothing but great things to say about my buying experience. I was unhappy with another ATL area Cadillac dealer - high pressure sales, unprofessional approach. Shaming and lecturing me that I asked for time to think about the offer (hello, it's a huge purchasing decision!). I'm so glad I looked at Heritage's website just to compare. I sent an inquiry very late at night. Fast forward only 18 hours, I was completely done with the buying process. No joke. First thing in the morning after I sent inquiry, I got a call from Nella, who put me in touch with Ki-Don. Between him and his manager, Mark, we negotiated a price over the day. By dinnertime, Antonio called to walk me through a ridiculously easy, stress-free financing process. They were all so flexible and professional. I felt my business was valued and appreciated. They clearly weren't looking for the quick sale but to build a relationship with me. Ki-Don even contacted me on his day off to make sure I had the info I needed to arrange for insurance. To make this experience even more impressive, I was in Savannah on business and not always able to make calls or return texts right away. Their follow-through was amazing - they waited for me to be available to get back in touch with them, and I'm sure they had a ton of other things going on. They were very honest and upfront about things, for example, the chip shortage and the need to retro fit one of the features. No false promises to make the sale - just honest information so I could make an informed decision. Thank you to everyone at Heritage who made this such a great experience and went through so much trouble to make my dream car happen for me. The worst car dealership I have ever, ever dealt with. I mean worst. I purchased a 2022XT6 from them and the entire time was horrible. Less than 6 months the battery was dying while I was driving and the light across the dash said service soon and I called the service advisor who said bring it in. When I did within 15 minutes I was told it was not going to get fix because it was Friday and no I won't get a loaner. He told me sound like I had a problem and chuckled. I told him if I had a problem everyone there was about to have a problem. So, I ended up talking to a supervisor that made sure the battery was changed that day and he explained how they know they have a customer service problems and they were working on it. Every time I would get my oil changed and tires rotated they would always do an add on without my permission and I would have to pay the difference for balancing also which I never asked for. When I had a problem with my tire and yes I had a tire warranty I was told they don't replace the tire anymore because they don't honor the warranty they sold. Now that I am done with them because I have traded my car in. They refused to give me my warranty refund after a month long wait and lies on top of lies. Today, they decided to give me less than was owed after I have talked to numerous ppl at the finance company and the warranty company saying Heritage Cadillac has the money and suppose to cut the check. Now, today they or should I say Terrence L. the General Manager has Jason with a 770 number called saying it will be 120 days but every time I called talked to someone random. They said the same thing that EZ care has sent it to Heritage Cadillac and the car was paid off since 6/18/2023. I went on 07/18/2024 for questions about my car and was greeted by a salesman, awesome conversation, I'm young and he could care less about my age and took the time to explain to me the details about the car I was looking at and let me sit in it and start it up. He advised to call the following morning. WELL I called 07/19/2024 and was immediately met with rudeness on the phone , trying to get the proper department on the phone for my situation and was cut off mid sentence and just kind of brushed off. Was referred to service and talked to Phillip, off the rip it was an okay conversation, he told me bring my car in. I went in and went to go find him, saw him and then I tried explaining to him what exactly I was trying to get looked at, got CUT OFF IMMEDIATELY and he just said "let's go look inside the office.." I could not even finish explaining all the details of my situation, at which point he just said "We'll get your phone number and let you know because it will take a day to do the service.." Which caused confusion, I asked if they have the part available and in stock so I can go ahead and schedule the service while I'm there to which he responded "No, we're going to call you and order them over the phone, that's what I just said." UHHH unless I'm hard of hearing I know he didn't say that, overall, I'm not confrontational, I don't know what kind of morning he was having but I sure hope it gets better because the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed was OUTRAGEOUS and NOT there considering it's Cadillac. Then when they did figure out they told me that GM stop making Parts for there cars at 10 years so my simple problem could not be fixed they told me to live with it with a Smerk . So... after having my vehicle for 6 days, I'm told that they cannot find the problem. I was asked, how I want to proceed. I stated that I'll be in to pick it up. Wait! Hold up! Now I'm being told that the dashboard had been taken apart, last Friday. On Monday (the 7th day) apparently there's no one available to put it back together and on the 8th day I'm told that the car now won't start. They don't have loner vehicles ( now I understand why ) if they provided loner vehicles, then the technicians would really have to do real work in order to get their vehicles back. Do not take your car to this place. The mechanics are know nothings and you will be charted hundreds of dollars while they take guess after guess at what is the trouble with your car. I took my car to this place in July of 2019 because my air conditioning was not working. They diagnosed a broken actuary and charged me over $800.00 to put in a new one. A few weeks later the ac stopped working again. I took it back and they "re-programmed" the computer without telling me what was wrong. Two weeks later it quit working again and when I took it back they admitted they didn't know what was wrong and offered to "check the wiring" at a cost that would start at $400.00, I left there and took my car to a mechanic shop recommended by a friend and the mechanic knew exactly what was wrong once I described what was happening. read more

I just purchased a 2015 Kia Forte on Saturday - September 7, 2019. The process took over 4 1/2 hours. The salesman made numerous paperwork errors and we were promised that the car would be "detailed" before we were handed the keys. We were presented with the vehicle and it was obviously "not" detailed. There were french fries, ketchup packets between the seats. A lipstick tube in the backseat that smeared onto the seat. We pointed these things out to the salesman and he couldn't care less. He made a half-hearted effort to clean up and ignored our concerns that the vehicle had not been prepared as promised. After committing to a purchase, the least that a customer expects is that you "clean" the vehicle and give a lasting memorable experience. They know they have you once you've signed the paperwork. Last week I visited the Heritage Cadillac location for service on my v-series. I made the appointment via the app being sure to cite the exact service needed in the notes (a weird rattle). After arriving and waiting approximately 2hrs, I was told by the Service Advisor - Sherri Lewis that there was no rattle. Let me insert that the customer service level of Sherri was incredibly low. Especially for a premium brand such as Cadillac. I guaranteed her there was a noice; and asked to show her the noise myself. She declined and said there was none. I had to ask her to call a service manager. The manager arrived, I showed him the sound and he too agreed YES there was we clearly a rattle coming from the exhaust. The manager took the car for further inspection. I was later was contacted by Sherri and told my car was ready. She informed me they need to order the part, that the car was drivable and she would call me. I asked her for a timeline for which she had none. I asked for a loaner so that they keep the car to prevent further damage and again nothing. After the manager confirmed he ordered the part I left and waited. A week later I call to check the status of the part (i.e. arrival date) Sherri wouldn't come to the phone and told the receptionist that she doesn't know when the part is coming. Meanwhile the rattle has gotten louder, a clear sign the car was NOT drivable. The level of service at this location was just horrific. It's clearly a dated dealership, the coffee wasn't fresh and there was no where for customers to work while they wait on their car (weird considering they had no loaners). If I could give 0 stars then I definitely would. I am a 4x GM/Chevy/Cadillac new car buyer customer. I grew up in love with GM brands and was happy to purchase my first Cadillac to add to my garage. This has been a huge turn off. Never had this experience with Audi or Mercedes when I take my spouse cars in for service.. I expected so much from GM's the the flagship brand. Do yourself a favor and take you needs to the other dealers on the north side of town. The service levels are far more favorable than what Heritage offered. read more

Problems I have had with your dealership: I drove 2.5 hours from Greenville , South Carolina to see an Escalade that was not even ready to go. The Escalade was not even washed nor detailed even though I made the appt 2/3 days before to come down to just see this truck. The escalade had many defects that needed to be fixed before I bought the escalade and one of them on the We Owe you was to fix the arm rest which yesterday the handle broke and the top part came has come un-glued and I have only had the car for what a month and half? I say this because the whole arm rest was replaced but obviously not with a new one. The Escalade was advertised with Navigation, the navigation in this escalade does not work. When On star tried to send directions to my Navigation system I received a error message that the maps needed to be updated which is 219.99 according to gmnavdisc.com. I am not investing more money into a truck that was advertised with navigation. I called ____ about this and he said he would see what he could do about the navigation not working and of course I never heard back from him. My tag was LOST and I paid transfer fees and had to take my time off of work to go to the DMV to do ya'lls job. I am not sure what the transfer fee paid for? Since, I have had the Escalade I have not had one courtesy call about my Escalade. I walked into Heritage Cadillac with excellent credit and put a 5,000 dollar down payment on this Escalade and get treated like this? This is piss poor and I have to even consider even keeping this escalade. I am not happy at all. I understand my Old Escalade has been sold for about 5,000 more dollars than I what I was given and I know ya'll do not budge on asking price because ya'll did not budge for me. I am very disappointed with this whole ordeal. I talked to the Co-Owner about this which she was un willing to reimburse for the time I had to take off from work so I would not be driving on a expired tag, the only thing she was willing to do was to look over the receipt for the 7.00 dollars (the cost of the tag here in South Carolina) for reimbursement. Always, check people before you do business with anyone to see if they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau. As we can Heritage Cadillac is not accredited for obvious reasons. WILL NEVER DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!! read more
