Yes, those things and more happened at another dental practice, so I was hesitant. Bogey Hills Dental was great to me. The Dr. and staff were extremely efficient and made the work seem like they could do it with their eyes closed. It was a real relief to find this practice. This office managed to get me in within a couple of days. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I went back for X-rays within a few minutes, then took a seat in the dentist's chair. I explained to Tina what happened. I also explained that, as a disabled vet, money is not something I have large quantities of. Tina absolutely went above and beyond and saved me from having either crippling debt or a lost tooth. She gave me some extremely helpful advice involving my benefits, and the main thing is? She didn't have to. She didn't have to help me with something not involving the clinic. She did anyway, and that speaks volumes to me. She also was able to fix my crown temporarily, so I could at least walk around without an exposed (and very painful) nerve in my mouth. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Because of my experience, I will always recommend the dental clinic to anyone who asks!
