The dentist does a great job and so does the local hygienist and assistants. I've been coming here for the past two years and she (orthodontist) has never let me down. The cleanings are great and my aligners have fixed my teeth tremendously. I had minor gaps and went with the best option: in house aligners. If you miss a tray or don't put them in, she will get on you, so make sure you wear them. I don't see myself going anywhere else read more

The staff is very nice and friendly but I've noticed there very disorganized and there isn't much communication between the dentist and the ladies that work upfront. The other thing I would like to mention is that the waiting room is very small, I don't drive because of my epilepsy and anxiety, once when I got done here at the dentist someone escorted me outside and I had to wait for my for 20 minutes in the hot sun for my dad to pick me up. Dr Pham was very professional and also very kind and understanding when we got some bad news while we were there. She explained my daughter's treatment plan very clearly and was very compassionate with her when she was telling her about some things that she needs to do going forward. Do not bring your kids here, they are not kid friendly. Also if you plan to come, they jump around between patients so you will be here for hours. Do not recommend at all. In response to the owner: I had an appointment.Your staff was very unprofessional. They had me and my son who was also sedated wait in the front while they told me my daughter was finished but needed to wait for her sedation to wear off. When 30 mins passed by I went to check on her, she had been left alone and I asked them if she was ready to go. That's when I found out she was left without her fillings and her sedation had worn off.Two technicians gave me attitude when I expressed that this was unprofessional and that if I knew this was going take 4 + hours, I would have done one kid at a time. One of them rolled her eyes so hard I thought her crusty fake lashes were going fall off. Your staff lacks professional etiquette. They have no bed side manners and need more training. This isn't the ghetto so head shaking, eye rolling, and nail clicking is unacceptable. Do better, hire better technicians that u didn't pick up off the streets. read more

I needed a Dentist that would see me right away. I called Heritage Dental explained my problem and they gave me an appointment the same day. The young lady that helped me in the phone and the front office was so sweet and polite. The nurse that took my X-rays was very patient with me. I had moved here from out of state and needed a new dentist. This place is like a used car lot. The dental hygienist was nice but was trying to sell me on products and procedures that I was not comfortable with. The dentist was overly complimenting me and then proceeded to say "you know that we offer this and this right?" afterwards. The receptionist was extremely rude and defensive whenever she had came to talk to me about my plan and their payment options. You can tell that she does not enjoy her job. I came to heritage dental looking for a modern dental office and they did not disappoint. My initial impression walking in was how comfortable the waiting area is. The office is clean and well organized and the equipment is the most modern I have experienced. This dental office is great place for my family. They offer dental for both adults and children. My family of 5 were able to come in Saturday and get our 6 month dental check up done in and out swiftly. Dr Hieu Nguyen was gentle and friendly which makes my 3 year daughter follow through his order during the entire check up. Her mouth was wide open and didnt cry while it was her first time going to the dentist. He also pulled out our 6 year old boy's first tooth. I was impressed with Matt, the dental hygienist. I had permanent retainer and usually created problems for cleaning, yet Matt has done a very thorough clean. Other staff treated us with courtesy. Strongly recommend this place to others. Since they are just open there are also many promotions going on. Their machines are up to date and I forgot to mention that they have flat screen TV on the ceilings playing Netflix to entertain while I had my cleaning and I also think that is why my 3 and 6 years old enjoy their dentist visit. read more

What a terrible experience. They do not honor your appointment times leaving me out in the parking lot for 27 minuets with no explanation. Once I finally got into the chair they had no idea of the procedure process I was having and nothing was prepared. This is after they called me 2 days prior to confirm everything including the additional Nitrous. Once realizing their mistake and the fact they did not have enough equipment wanted to reschedule me. This no cheap procedure either we are talking thousands of dollars business must be good to burn customers. read more

My hygenist , Brittany, was excellent, personable, caring, and professional ! She did such a good job and talked me through every step. Dr Monica was soft spoken, caring and friendly. I would be very careful about going to this place. At first you get a good feeling as EVERYONE (receptionist, hygienists, doctors) are very hospitable, welcoming, and personable. The office is kept very clean and they even have a television mounted on the ceiling over each chair and offer you your choice of entertainment while you are doing your procedure although I never took part, I felt it was a nice touch. After my first experience with a routine cleaning went very well, they offered me an in-house insurance program for myself and my family for discounts on cleanings and fillings etc. I gladly signed up as it seemed reasonable and being in customer service myself, I appreciated the lengths they went to make me feel comfortable. That's when the issues started happening. Routine cleanings (only 6 months in between) became opportunities for them to tell me I had several cavities each time I went. The same was true for my wife who has NEVER had a cavity in her life. Now she had 4? I would have them filled only for another Dentist (I rarely spoke to the same one) would tell me I had more cavities to fill, like seriously? All while trying to upsell me on every little thing out of the door. It reached a crescendo when one of my fillings broke off and they said there was not enough tooth left for a filling and I would need a crown. To be fair I've had issues with this tooth in the past. I asked if an implant would be a better option as I wanted the longest term solution. They insisted that an implant wasn't the best course and reassured me that the crown would be the best option and would last me at least 10-15 years. I took the advice and had them do a crown which promptly broke within the first year. When I returned to the office they told me they could glue it back on but it would only be a temporary solution, but good news! The dentist who runs the place had recently completed Implant training and was able to do an implant where as he wasn't before, and guess what else?? An implant was now the best treatment option available! Convenient. Wonder why the implant wasn't a great option before?? The ugly truth has now become clear. They are only interested in milking every dime out of you as possible. Now thousands of dollars in the hole from a crown that failed in a year, they are hoping I dump more money down this hole?? I'm not sure if the problem with this place is inexperience or something far more shady. Either way, I'm currently looking elsewhere for a reputable and HONEST dentist to do my implant and dental work, I recommend you do the same! read more

AVOID THIS DENTIST OFFICE! I went in for a cleaning, told I had a cavities and may need a root canal. I had no pain! They stated I needed a root canal, then LOST the tip of the cleaning tool in my root and could not remove it! To this date, it is STILL in my tooth! They charged me numerous x-rays for their mistake and breaking their tool in my tooth for a root canal (that I am not sure I really needed!). A filling may have been just fine. Later, I chipped a back tooth on the side of the tooth, just barely on a nut in a salad. AGAIN THEY SUGGEST A ROOT CANAL! For a chipped tooth? I sought another dentist for reference, was told all I needed was a filling as it did NOT crack the enamel or tooth, AND did NOT need a root canal. Went to a THIRD dentist who told me the same. This office RUINED my teeth! DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Came here with my wife to get some yearly dental work done. The office is brand new and very nice and elegant decoration. Once you enter the office lobby, it was very chic and modern. There is a area for the kiddos to play with the ipads. Very clean and organized lobby. Comfortable and homey. Dr Nguyen was very friendly and thorough , he took his time to explain the findings and the procedures that were needed. Xrays and and the pictures taken were shown the tv screen in the room where you sat. Pretty cool, I love visual explanations and this helped make me feel involved and apart of the decision and understanding. Pretty cool experience. They were very vague when asked if my insurance was in network. My daughter was in pain from a cavity and they took advantage of a worried parent and used it to procure my business. Although I requested one, I wasn't provided with a clear detailed treatment plan and only found out that they were out of network after the work was done for my daughter. Heritage Dental was the winner, and I am so relieved to have found them.
