Just know after turning onto Milford road from Highland road it is a little place in the plaza on the right side of the road. They're friendly and mine took about an hour. Admittedly, the front seats (no back seat installed) were well vacuumed though the sides and backs were untouched and full of dust. I did take it back and canceled the scheduled detailing on my brother's cross-over and pickup and showed the Jeep to person at the counter. to be fair, he offered to take it back and address the issues, but after them having it 9 hours yesterday, picking it up as they were closing, and the inconvenience of leaving it again when I thought, expected, a professional result for a paid for service, I opted not to do so. My damaged mirror still remains damaged and my complaint is ignored without any thought or admission that they damaged my mirror. I expected honesty from this company owned by Mr. Brigham and I have gotten no where. I wonder if he feels satisfied that he continues to ignore and deceive the elderly. Shame on him. He knows who I am talking about. They can receive all the nice comments and stars they want, but he knows that he damaged my mirror .
