Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. I called roofing due to possible leak in upstairs back bedroom.

Immediately we contacted another company who gave us a 20k quote (thats the price i assumed we get, not 10-20k more!). Pure energy uses scare tactics and high pressure sales to try to make people panic. As the saying goes, a jack of all trades is a master of none. Next time a sales person comes to my door theyre getting a no from me. If anyone is considering pure energy, don't. Save yourself the time, energy, panic and most important of all, money. Get multiple quotes before you make a decision despite the urgency this (and i am sure other companies) tries to create.

I had an 8' door wall that needed to be replaced, so I contacted Divine Doors for a quote. They gave me several options that were available in that opening size, next I selected the one with a wood casement interior. The replacement was done with perfection. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Emailed me later a proposal. Evidently she found the measurements and height was taller than he guessed. Received a call as I was driving up north 25 percent discount expired at midnight and I needed to sign and give credit card information. Neither one told me when the discount expired when we met! Glad I didn't make a bad choice going with them!
