While here, he seemed rushed but that wasn't a big deal. It was t until my neighbor came by a couple days later to catch up. He asked why I had Hydro Air over, in which I told him for new equipment. He then asked me if I had done any research abt the employees of the company. Later, my curiosity got the best of me and I started an internet search on everyone in the company. First thing I found out was there are only 2 technicians. Robert Casse is listed as the owner, Christopher Foote is listed as the HVAC Manager. And then Jennifer Dunphy is the Secretary. Upon looking up the 2 technicians I found police reports. Then the shock. Christopher Foote has assault.\nWith a bat to a female's face along with sexual assault. Along with aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle and had a loaded unregistered firearm under the seat. This guy.\nHas been in my house! Then I looked up Robert Casse, he has\nIndecent , exposure to a minor at water country and reckless operation charges. And we don't even know what other states they have records in. This is unacceptable , that this company isn't forthright into providing this information to their customers before they let them into their homes. I had 2 issues that needed attention. 1. I had a leaking toilet that was leaking from the base on every flush. This was my priority fix. 2. I had another toilet that needed replacement. It was a lesser used toilet and had been broken for a few years. We started searching Yelp for plumbers and H S Goldberg Plumbing & Mechanical caught our eye. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Harry returned my call and said he could have a team here in the morning. I was floored. A prompt reply and quick service. Then I talked to Harry and he gave me an estimate and some toilet options that was reasonable. It was like I hit the lottery. The next day Brenden and Jake were dispatched to my residence. Professional and courteous even though having to deal with my dogs barking at them until they settled down. My leaking toilet was just a wax ring replacement as Brenden said the the flange was in pretty good shape. They called it a "Pull and Reset Service". My toilet replacement was a little more complicated. Once they pulled the toilet, they found the metal flange had rusted and deteriorated. They repaired the flange and set the new toilet. Yes, they arrived with the new toilet and took away the old one. I was glad I didn't have to deal with that. These professionals came fully prepared and were very respectful of their surroundings. They did their job, tested for leaks and cleaned up as if they were never there. Again, Brenden and Jake were truly professionals. Thanks guys. At last, I have found my go-to plumber.
