Thank you for your small store! I went in today, with the hoards of other people before the snow because I had hurt my knee and low back earlier in the week. I love this store! It's nice to have a local grocery that's not too big. The selections are just right. I find the produce to be just fine. The meat department has fresh meat and makes their own sausage. Heritage Market is a welcome change from the chain stores. read more

I loved having this grocery store as my local store but after at least four of my most recent trips I'm so tired of dealing with the rude people in the deli. They never cut my sandwich meat the way I ask, and I'm guessing because they don't feel like cutting the two pounds I ask for the way I ask out of laziness due to hating their job. That is their job and I'm paying a lot of money every trip in here. They ignore you or skip you in line, I've tried to avoid this by ordering my meat before I start shopping only to finish thirty minutes of shopping and still have to stand there and wait fifteen minutes for my order while they all talk and could care less about my personal time since they're on the clock. That's so rude and wrong and management really needs to fix this department. The deli department has really gone down hill. I don't want to have to drive to a larger chain grocery store but I'm so tired of spending the money I do just to be treated poorly when i spend so much money here to feed my family. Its really sad that I'll be driving thirty minutes out of my way to actually be treated like a customer and not beg people to give me what I ask patiently and politely for! They're not doing me a favor, I'm spending my hard earned money here and this past six months the accountability and concern is non existent these days and I'll no longer spend $1000 a month to be treated so wrong. Sad to see things here in my local town store just turn into every other unappreciative of their guests type of store! This place was better than this! Disappointment is an understatement! read more

Great small town service and selection. Friendly staff and very helpful. I remember when the store opened I was super excited. I just moved back and I'm very excited to say it's still the same great atmosphere. Having a pharmacy in town is also amazing which is located in the store. read more

I have enjoyed shopping at Heritage Grocery. I am happy to support a private grocery store in the face of chains that pipe in mind control messages to do the bidding of the current insane political agenda being hoisted on private businesses. I haven't set foot in a King Soopers for months and may never do so again. I know they're getting a lot more business because there are plenty of people like me who refuse to be treated like an imbecile by a grocery store. (If this were the bubonic plague, then maybe but it's not and never was.) With more business, they should be able to expand their brands and have even more choices. They're small but they deserve our support. Mom and Pop businesses are the way to go whenever possible. read more

I went to the front desk to ask the manager for some help, she was rude and didn't acknowledge me at first. She was on the phone and spoke in a rude manner to the person on the other line. The phone rang again and she answered it again in a rude manner. Then once she was off the phone she looked at me and didn't say anything so i had to initiate the conversation. I asked her if they had something in back and she told me what was up there was all they had and the truck wasn't coming for a few days. The next morning i went and what i wanted was there so I was lied to about it not being in the back. Your service was not appreciated Christina. Also I refuse to go back to get coffee there everytime I go to get coffee the service is awful. I always get the same rude lady. She takes forever and there is no one else there. She acts as if i am a burden and she does not want to be helping me. The over priced mediocre coffee is not worth it. It's crazy how the teenagers there are more friendly then the freaking manager it blows my mind. I am always welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting from the younger staff rather than the older ones. read more

Only use when I absolutely have too. They might be close but their produce is rough.....does not look fresh, squished tomatoes, wimpy greens. Their service is about the same as Walmart. For a small town store, that SHOULD be their focus. Their loyalty program is a joke. They can't figure out how to run that so it changes every time. Prices are WAY too high. Disappointing! read more

For one of those small town grocery stores, Eaton's Heritage Market is definitely one of the better ones out there. Granted, the prices are higher than Walmart, Safeway, etc. However, you have friendlier cashiers here. The store is quaint, and has that small town feel to it. One of the biggest pluses to having Heritage around is how close it is to my home! They really did put this store in the best possible spot (off of Elm and Collins). Overall, if you need a quick something if you live in Eaton, Ault, or Galeton, definitely stop by Heritage! read more

The meat at Heritage is THE BEST!! Homemade chorizo is so delicious. It isn't greasy like name brand chorizo. The butchers are all friendly and helpful. The cashiers aren't friendly, but that's ok, I will never go any where else for meat. read more

This is one of my favorite stores to go to because it has everything I'm looking for and it's very close nearby to where I live. All employees are friendly and helpful greet us as soon as we walk in. The bathrooms are clean and the produce is fresh and Fantastic. Nothing is laying on the floor and everything is in its place on the shelf. Even though the cashiers is off they will serve you before they shut down. Great customer service! So helpful. read more

The full grocery store has been a great but is expensive. They provide people to help u out with groceries, which is nice. Store has hired large number of high school kids and if you go in after 7pm at night, store turns into social hour and party time. They need more supervision and less younger kids, not very good atmosphere during these hours. read more

Won't return. The deli refused to sell me 8 krautburgers telling me that there is a limit of 6. Very poor customer service!

Each and every time our family has been here they are rude! It's like they have some workers that are racist I went into a line to check out and the checker turned off her light and said she was closed but right after I went to another line she opened up for somebody else another time I've asked for change to break a ten n they said no they couldn't but the next lady asked for five and ones and was given to her ill drive all the way to Greeley even for just a gallon of milk read more

Am so happy to have a grocery store so close to home! Because it is such a small store, the prices are higher then Wal-Mart or Safeway. My favorite thing about the store is the fresh meat & produce! If you buy items that are on sale then the prices are very competitive! The employees there are very helpful. They do hire lots of young adults that are not yet aware of how to bag groceries correctly...I've had bars of soap in the same bag as meat...unacceptable, but only happens on rare occasions, and now I watch as they bag :-) read more

I had to respond after reading about Shelby. I have been going to Heritage Market for 5 years- Shelby has been a standout in terms of customer service, for me. I was stunned to see a negative review about this pleasant worker. i had to speak up. Also, I love that Heritage Market carries local products, has an incredible selection of always fresh produce, and the quality of their floral dept. is amazing. You can get the best deal on their own smoked salmon, too. All who work there, in my experience, have been pleasant. This store is a godsend. The first time I shopped here, tears welled up in my eyes. I could not believe such a nice store, with no lines, could even exist these days.
