I came for a visit and my mother passed a few days later, suddenly. Yvonne and Susan took care of everything. My mother wanted to be buried with my father, but the VA threw in some curves. Susan took care of everything. They can now be buried together. My sister also used their services when her 5 year old son died suddenly as well. Thank goodness!! I am currently sitting outside of the facility after being disconnected via phone call by the director of this facility Ceasar. There's not a more devastating time than losing somebody close to you and having the type of vile behaviour provided by a director of somebody who's in the business of funeral services is completely repulsive and I do not and would never recommend a place like this to anybody who's even lost a goldfish. I rang the doorbell ask for only something as much as informational brochures in regards to cremating somebody that you've lost in your family. The employee was only part time in could not provide ANY information as she did not know and I have been sitting outside on the curb ever since (30 minutes). for the love of God or whatever you believe in, DO NOT trust these disrespectful, repulsive and unprofessional people with your loved one. read more

Completely UNprofessional and DISrespectful in a situation where you are only looking for Professionalism and Respect. The common denominator for the poor service is Cesar. Lies to you about how quickly his Mortuary will take your "loved on into their care." Then once they have your loved one captive -they do not return phone calls. I get your busy. But if you cannot handle the business - Do not accept it. I tried to explain my unhappiness. But, Cesar would have nothing of it. He became argumentative and eventually walked off without even apologizing. Heritage was a much better funeral home when it was ran by the Gallagher's. I didn't think I would ever be reviewing a mortuary, but here I am. Heritage Memorial Services is more than a business, it's a blessing. My family has used their help twice in the past for both my grandparents' funeral services and each time we've returned because of the excellent care and service we received. They had Buddhist services and every detail was as it needed to be. Both of them looked wonderful and were treated with such respect. We really appreciated it at such a difficult time. Joe and Elizabeth made sure everything ran smoothly and looked beautiful. Cesar especially, treated us as though we were family and we could see that they took real pride in their work. Sadly we are in need of funeral services again, and this time it was my turn to do the planning. Despite how busy mortuaries have been with Covid and the many restrictions that come with it, Cesar made us feel at ease. He stayed on top of every detail and walked me through each step of the planning process. He has been the bright spot in this terrible situation and we are so lucky to have him in our corner. We handled my father's passing through Heritage, and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were polite and understanding, and did everything that they were supposed to in a timely manner. Andy even obtained a burial flag (on short notice) for my dad since he was a veteran. I went back to Andy 6 months later to ask him to transfer my father's ashes into a flag case urn that I had purchased elsewhere. Not only did he transfer the ashes for me (at no charge), he re-folded the flag for me several times until it was perfect (he insisted that it be perfect), and he helped me get the name plate on straight and evenly. Now my dad has a dignified resting place. It's a morbid business, but when you have to deal with it (as we all do sooner or later), Heritage makes it easier to get through with their professional service. read more

I had the privilege to be given Andy Glade's impeccable services. My grandmother passed away and it was decided that we would do immediate burial services with Heritage. Originally, there would not be a viewing, but my grandfather really wanted to see her before we officially closed the casket. I spoke with Andy and was given the option to do a last minute identification viewing. It was exactly the thing that my grandfather needed for closure. I will say that Andy was very professional, composed, and even agreed to help me read letters from myself and my cousin in order to have kind words spoken about my grandmother. I would have fallen to pieces and not been able to say a single word correctly. I am grateful he obliged to reading it for me. Do not recommend. They never returned our phone calls after having our loved ones remains. Very unprofessional as if they really didn't care. We never saw the person who was responsible for our business, they never called us back, etc. We ended up driving over and begging someone to help us so we could set a date for the memorial. Unfortunately, we had to use this place because another relative had already pre-paid the funeral expenses, a long time ago. Definitely appears that there is some kind of scam or business issue with this place. May have to report to the BBB. read more

We actualy met with her twice. The first time she gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and then second time was to make the final arrangements. Ms. Lain is so warm and caring. She is knowledgable in her field and makes sure she answers all your questions. Once we decided what we needed, so made it wasy to get everything completed. I had such a great experience dealing with this organization. It is never easy to say goodbye to a loved one but if you have the opportunity to make arrangements ahead of time I highly recommend this place. They are professional, thoughtful and helpful. By the time my elderly mother passed away it was such a relief to me that everything had been taken care of many years ago. We did it together so I knew exactly what her wishes were and while it is a little difficult, it is much easier when you still have your loved one. Corey assisted our family and was constantly available and provided us direction in our services when we didn't know where to begin. His professionalism and demeanor is what we needed. Patricia was kind and comforting when we had our viewing services and even wore a dodger blue bow in honor of our brother. That small token is greatly appreciated. She was also assisting us when we had our funeral services and made sure our family was taken care of. The driver of the hearse (I apologize for forgetting his name) was also very supportive and professional and provided words of comfort to us. He also directed me and my brothers on carrying the casket and assured us we were doing a great job.
