As soon as we walked in we met Mrs. Renuka and she was very nice. Mrs. Renuka gave us a tour and answered all our questions (and more). The school is very clean, they have a set schedule for the children, and do different activities every day. There are also extra curricular activities you can sign up for. The front door is coded which we love. Mrs. Shante is the pre-k teacher and we absolutely love her! Our son took to her immediately and looks forward to going into her classroom. We have met several other teachers there and they are all very nice. Our son has learned and developed so much being there. The school keeps in touch with the parents through an app and will send pictures of their class when they do special activities or celebrations. When pre-k ended they did a graduation for the kids. All the events they have done, they make it so special for the kids and parents. We also did the summer program and our son loves this too. His favorite was the petting zoo day - the school set up a petting zoo at the school for the kids to enjoy. When our daughter turns 18 months we plan to enroll her in their toddler program and have her stay with the school as long as she can.

She got so much love and warmth and personal attention. We saw her growing from a shy girl to a confident girl. Teachers put in so much effort in kids that it's just wonderful seeing them learning good manners, and academically also kids are much ahead than there peers. My daughter has loved going to this school and misses it so much now as she will be going to kindergarten. She has impressively started to read full sentences and simple books at 4 years of age and loves doing simple addition. She has an appreciation for nature, art, play, and mindfulness. We enrolled our 2 year old son in the toddler class earlier this year. And we were amazed when it took him only 2 days to get adjusted to the school and he really loves going to school.

The management and staff seem to all work together well, great vibes, and we haven't had one bad experience yet. The number of activities they put on for the kids is insane especially for the summer. It's such a fun, safe learning environment. Curriculum is blended Montessori with progress tracking. I appreciate this school so much and will be sad when we age out. A case in point...recently our grandson unfortunately was not able to attend the "graduation" ceremony the school was having. With no prompting from our grandson's father, when he went to school the following Monday, the school personnel took the time to dress him up in his cap and gown, take pictures in front of the graduation backdrops, and then sent those pictures to our son for future reference and memories. I believe that some changes have been made regarding some of the complaints I see in these older reviews. Most importantly, our daughter loves the school. She is so excited to see her friends and teachers every day. I have never once had any concern that she was being mistreated in any way. When she was younger, we sent her to Bright Horizons daycare which was horrendous compared to NCMA. We get a daily paper report about our daughter's activities and interactions. I do appreciate that the teachers take the time to hand-write these notes everyday but I would prefer some sort of app to save paper and also see photos. The only other thing that I could possibly complain about is the playground for the younger children which, in my opinion, is a little too safe and could use something for the children to climb on and slide down. However, some may not see this as a bad thing. The school uses organic produce and milk (meat is conventional) and we were allowed to see the kitchen when touring the school. Also when touring the school, I was impressed that the director knew every child's name and greeted each warmly. During our tour, we were shown all of the classrooms and I was especially impressed with the infant room which was very quiet and quite different from most other daycares that I have toured with crying babies everywhere. I really liked that sleeping babies were given a quiet area to nap unlike a lot of other daycares where they are expected to sleep in noisy classrooms. Whenever I have had a question or concern, a meeting has been arranged with our daughter's teacher within 24 hours. Overall we are very pleased with NCMA and we are planning on enrolling our youngest soon.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff they were extremely uncooperative. I was advised by the teacher (Ms. Peace and Ms. Lupita) and the administrators (Heather/Caitlyn) they were under strict orders to not access any cameras and only the head of the school could see them. I reported this immediately to the head of the school/owner, Fahima Rouabah, she ignored my concerns and failed to investigate the matter. I received an email from Fahima Rouabah16 days after the incident only to advise me the camera footage had been erased. This was huge red flag for me considering they knew about my concerns on the day it occurred. They showed me an incident report but refused to provide me a copy. Additional concerns for me was the class ratios were completely unsafe - I walked in once to find one teacher with about 20 children. They mislead me to believe they offer organic food but this was untrue as they feed the children lucky charms and raisin bran for breakfast. The head of the school/owner Fahima Rouabah poorly managed this situation and was extremely unprofessional. There was no empathy, urgency or genuine concern for my child's safety. I have file a complaint with child protective services against this facility to look into my concerns and a complaint with the BBB as well regarding my concerns and to demand my tuition be reimbursed.
