I've witnessed troubling incidents that raise serious concerns about their practices. One alarming example is when a two-year-old was left outside without supervision, and the parents were never informed. This incident was not reported to licensing, and when questioned, the leadership continued to lie about what happened. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability. Additionally, I've heard young teachers discussing personal details about other children with parents, including my own. This is a blatant violation of privacy and trust. In another troubling situation, a male teacher was left alone in the bathroom with a four-year-old girl, and the director, Ashley, concealed this information from the child's mother. Let alone the countless times they were outside ratio of kids while teachers covered the front desk while leadership hadn't come in for the day or was spending time with them. In all these instances, parents were never informed. The emotional, physical, and mental toll on my children from being in this environment has been significant. I urge all parents to reconsider their choice of daycare and seek a place where children's safety and well-being are genuinely prioritized. Please, do your research and don't rely on the state site (these leaders do NOT self report) and look elsewhere for your child's care.
