I love how the school staff really takes time to remember every student and makes sure everyone is greeted by their names. They try to know every family on a personal level and we really were able to build a relationship here. I'm always surprised by the artworks our kiddo takes home every week, I can tell the teachers are working really hard to help students to thrive. Huge shout out to Ms. Dani, who was always able to calm our son whenever he's fuzzy and put our mind at ease. We know our 2.5 yr old is not easy to work with and seeing him enjoying school so much means a lot to us. We are grateful for primrose independence and can't wait to take advantage of their sibling discount when our daughter is a bit older.

The care, love, and education my kids have received has been unparalleled. Not only were my kids well prepared for grade school, but they were also equipped with the knowledge of what Jesus did for them on the cross. We will continue to use Schoolhouse for afterschool care and their wonderful Summer program for as long as they will let us! The Summer program is such a God-send, since we don't have to run all over town, carting kids to multiple week long camps. Instead, they have the consistency of care, weekly fun field trips, and time to swim in their on site pool (with life guard). Overall, we couldn't be more happy with our experience with Schoolhouse. Schoolhouse is the place for your kids to be if you love Jesus and want your child enriched by a loving and caring staff/environment!

I was so worried because this was their first time out of their comfort zone (different culture, food, and language!) However, the teachers went above and beyond in transitioning my kids. Kids always came home happy and that was the huge indicator to me. The management is very receptive and open to feedback. They keep all parents informed of current events and policies in school. Teachers put so much care and effort into their work and daily reports. They always have exciting and creative activities for the kids. My kids have learned so much since they started. And the cost is extremely affordable! Parents of multiple kids really appreciate it!

It was a lengthy process in choosing her first school and we are very pleased to have chosen Primrose. The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter. Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha's interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike. The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child. The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child's daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we've made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response. Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn't just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable. The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter. We also want to thank Ms. Margie (who in Isha's words is a very sweet teacher), Ms. Shilpi, Mr. Alan (whose high-fives instantly cheer up Isha in the morning), Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Heather.

The new staff began going off protocols and doing whatever they wanted to do. I witnessed an employee changing one of the infants on the playmat where the kids play when there was an available changing table, she would undress all of the kids while eating lunch instead of simply using a bib, and admittedly lied about daily documentation (specifically when and how much my child was eating). The outside play equipment was filthy and my kid would have clothes covered in dirt. We ultimately had to leave due to safety concerns.

We have had our little one at Crème since he was about 10 months old. He is now 4 and I can…read morehonestly say putting him in Crème was the BEST decision we could have made. Here is just a quick breakdown of why. Academics: Our son has been reading since he was 3. He knew his alphabet since 10 months. I kid you not. While he is a very smart child, the teachers and administrators have gone above and beyond to make sure he was always learning, not just playing or being entertained. They always ensure he is consistently challenged and that was extremely important for us to have partners and at home, we could expand upon what he was learning. This year he started writing and it is so impressive to see how far he has come. He is writing alone, reading anything in front of him, and ready to take on more and he doesn't even start kindergarten until next year! Curriculum: My son takes Spanish, art, STEM classes, and more. Previously, he has done the extra curricular sports class as well. He is so engaged in learning now, he comes home wanting to do more science experiments. He brings art home all the time. They have a full daily schedule with 2 outside breaks. It was important to us that we have our child in a place that he can experience a lot and not just sit in one room all day. Another school we visited, we noticed how if it rains, the kids have zero change of scenery. Creme is the opposite of this in the best way. Even if it rains they have a smorgasbord of activity rooms for the kids. Safety: This was one of our top concerns. I love that no one can just walk into the school. Someone is always at the front to make sure no one is just let in. You use your fingerprint as added safety. If my son has ever had an accident, they call me right away to let me know and explain details that always match my son's word after. I completely trust them. As a first time mom, I don't trust anyone with my child so that let's you know how much trust I have built with them. I also love that the playground is completely covered from surrounding neighbors so strangers cannot see them play. Staff: Everyone is SO kind, genuinely care about the kids, and great to the parents. They listen, communicate, and create a fantastic environment. Every teacher and staff member my son has had has made a lasting impression on my family. Administration: I love Bridget, Megan, and Zoey to pieces. We get messages through the app or I love that Bridget can text me anytime she has a quick update. You can see how much they love our kids, the teachers, and the parents. They have never taken a question or concern of mine lightly and you couldn't ask for a better group to run the school. Facilities: As I mentioned, we started creme about 3 years ago or so. This is our second location in that time and the building, playgrounds, culinary kitchen for kids, mini play city, bowling alley, theater, indoor and outdoor courts, disco room, library, and even the classrooms are all where creativity go to thrive! I was blown away from day one. On our first visit, my son literally cried because he wanted to start going right then. Our expectations have only been exceeded since then. Food: Everything is prepared there and they give a breakfast and evening snack plus lunch. All of the food is healthy but tasty (from what I hear lol). The always send a snack for the ride home as well! Thanks to the incredible Ms. V and team for the great food choices that have allowed my son to expand his palate. I am sure there is a lot I am missing but we can't say enough about what a fantastic school this is. Go for a visit to see. This location will leave a positive impression for you and your little ones. Thank you Bridget, Megan, and the entire Crème family for the way you have helped grow our son in the most beautiful way. I am forever grateful to you all!

I wish I could give Creme de la Creme McKinney a zero rating. The leadership here is deceitful,…read moreprioritizing their own interests over the well-being of the children. I've witnessed troubling incidents that raise serious concerns about their practices. One alarming example is when a two-year-old was left outside without supervision, and the parents were never informed. This incident was not reported to licensing, and when questioned, the leadership continued to lie about what happened. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability. Additionally, I've heard young teachers discussing personal details about other children with parents, including my own. This is a blatant violation of privacy and trust. In another troubling situation, a male teacher was left alone in the bathroom with a four-year-old girl, and the director, Ashley, concealed this information from the child's mother. Let alone the countless times they were outside ratio of kids while teachers covered the front desk while leadership hadn't come in for the day or was spending time with them. In all these instances, parents were never informed. The emotional, physical, and mental toll on my children from being in this environment has been significant. I urge all parents to reconsider their choice of daycare and seek a place where children's safety and well-being are genuinely prioritized. Please, do your research and don't rely on the state site (these leaders do NOT self report) and look elsewhere for your child's care.

We love the teachers, the administrative team, and have celebrated many milestones with classmates & their parents. KA fosters a fun, safe, and healthy environment for the kids, teachers, and parents. The teachers are always creating engaging learning activities for my son. The teachers are super helpful with techniques of transition like bottles to cups, pacifier weening, eating solids, trying new foods, potty training, riding a tricycle, etc. Drop-offs are a breeze, my son looks forward to seeing his friends and teachers each day (if they are on vacation he totally welcomes the change with ease bc all of the teachers are fantastic and he is familiar with all of them) Pickups are also joyful, the excitement to see me and joy to end the day by giving hugs and sharing goodbyes around the classroom and through out the hallways fills my heart! During COVID their mask mandate, dropoff/pickup routine and cleaning protocols kept our minds at complete ease (for our little guy health and a member in our household personal health concerns during unprecedented times). Kiddie Academy of Stonebridge-McKinney is a great school for my family.
