I'm surprised there are not more reviews on this place,there should be.I knew many people who went…read morethere and always had a lot of fun.I wanted to go myself just too hard to find the time and I hate to say I wasn't ready.What I mean by that is even though I was old enough to qualify to go I just wanted to try to hold on to what was left of youth but I finally sign up to some events.As well I sign up to some excerise classes and my favorite bingo.Everybody there the staff,the people have been so nice to me and now I know i will always be young at heart.There is no age limit to laugh,smile and just have fun! I wish I could go every day,but I'm not retired yet, but I'm glad & proud to be now one with the seniors.

My parents have been going there for a few years now. We have had ongoing problems with referrals…read morenot being sent. Even after numerous calls. And today my parents had to wait almost an hour for bloodwork. My parents are seniors and they should not have to wait that long especially fasting and being diabetic. The employees are on personal calls while servicing patients. Maybe that is why they take a long time. Unacceptable for seniors to have to wait long. Especially since there were no people on the waiting area. They are already dealing with ailments and pain.

Both my parents have been receiving their primary care from this location. The front staff and…read morenurses are extremely sweet and attentive, I love that they all speak Spanish as it used to be Cano Health and geared toward Hispanic seniors. It's conveniently located in a strip mall next to a Walmart with ample parking. Now onto the not so great, in less than a year my mom's primary doctor has been changed three times, I don't know why they cannot retain employees. Even when doctors are listed as Spanish speaking they can barely speak it. They should hire more people who actually speak the languages they claim they do and do something about their high turnover.

We moved to Las Vegas because of work and distance, and we had always planned on returning to Boulder City to retire and enjoy our small-town atmosphere once again. Last week, we decided to stop in to visit the Senior Center and pick up some information. We were pleasantly surprised to see that we had visited during their daily luncheon. We were greeted very kindly by the front desk, given information and the paperwork to be a member if we wanted, and we attended the luncheon. Their weekly Menu has such great choices, and the meal was delicious! Kudos to the Chef and Staff for doing such an amazing job! They have the entire luncheon streamlined and great supportive teamwork. The entire experience was wonderful. We met several people, learned about the activities that you can do during the week, etc. Their Gift Shop was cool too, and they have a lot of fabulous books and a variety of housewares, etc. to purchase. I highly recommend learning all about the Senior Center of Boulder City. We are enjoying engaging with the local residents, meeting new friends, and we became a Member.
