The day pass was more affordable than other gyms I checked out, and the atmosphere was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and the equipment was top‑notch. Here, it's the complete opposite--calm, clean, and never overcrowded. I can focus, get a full workout in, and actually enjoy my time there. The gym is thoughtfully designed, from the layout of the equipment to the individual bathrooms and shower. Security and safety are clearly a priority, with face recognition and key fob entry, 24/7 surveillance, and panic buttons for those who work out alone. There's also plenty of parking, fresh towels, filtered water stations, and easy-to-use lockers with custom passcodes. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into creating a space that's comfortable, inclusive, and safe for everyone. With the giant fans you'd think there's better air circulation. The number of people in and out of here doesn't help. It's hard to breathe deeply when the air doesn't feel clean. 2. I've had my membership for about 3yr and there's never 100% of the machines working. This week (spring break) I counted 6 machines out of service. I don't know how long the signs have been there or how long I have to wait for the repairs, but that's ridiculous. 3. After a workout, I look forward to the cryo chair perk. I pay EXTRA $ to use this perk and either the attendant forgets to start my machine or it stops in the middle of a session. But 7/10 time it is a disappointment and hardly relaxing. Planet fitness, get it together!
