And in case you don't know, climbing is all the rage, especially in Vegas. The levels are definitely more difficult, either that or I suck hahaha. Regardless, there's a lot of diversity in what you can do here and the community is fun and supportive. Membership fees are affordable, rentals are always free (which is huge), and it's open, if I recall, very late into the night. So if you work weird hours, you can still get your climbing fix. So there you go, a good climbing gym with good facilities and resources for anyone and everyone.

I would consider this a safety hazard. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my child in the lobby since they cannot go into the gym until coaches call them in. There was a small viewing room in the back but good luck finding a seat because there never is space in that tiny room. Majority of the time you have to stand in the back of the room and watch. Coaches didn't do a simple introduction for the parents and the one shorty chunky hispanic coach had a bad attitude from the get go. The times I was able to view my child from afar, it didn't seem like the class was doing much but standing around. There was also another class in the same room so it seemed as if there was not enough space for all the students to move safely around. When the girls would be released that was one huge cluster F because the next class would be coming in as well and also parents. Trying to grab my child out of that crowded lobby and to the car was a nightmare every time. My daughter would complain that she was not having an enjoyable time after practices because the coaches had them standing around. And it did seem like there was no preparation or organization during practices. The coaches seemed lost all of the time as to what to do next. I paid $185 for a two month program that was a complete joke. We didn't even finish the program because my daughter was not happy going there. I suggest going to a rec center like we did and trying a gymnastics class for $35. My daughter had fun and was learning new skills every time plus she had friendly, prepared instructor.

She has been in all star cheer since she was 5 and is now 17, and this is our 9th season with The California Allstars - LAS VEGAS ! I love that the coaches here take time to make sure that each athlete betters themselves better than they were the previous day. My daughter has always got, love, hugs, encouragement, and corrections, to ensure she is the best version of herself. Some days are harder than others but at the end of the day every coach with The California All-Stars does their best to make sure their athletes are the very best versions of themselves. Today my 2.5 year old had Logan as her instructor while he was filling in, and he was SO great with her. Toddlers can be a little unpredictable, but he was incredibly patient, encouraging, and really knew how to connect with the little ones. She had such a great time and was so happy during class. A few weeks ago we started noticing woke messaging on their "ad board". Anti ICE, anti American messages, woke DEI "privilege" statements. While I believe it's firmly anyone's right to hold their own political positions, it's frankly wrong to push this openly on students. Particularly children. We will no longer give money to a business who tries to indoctrinate children into a racist, anti-patriotic mindset.
