Costal Clouds Chilled Apple Pear was recommended a brand I never heard of.. I decided to try it and asked again if it was menthol I was told it was not. Well, I got home and found out it was. I went a second time a week later.. This time I was helped by a woman who was filling in from another store in Cherry Hill. She explained that anything chilled is menthol.. She also explained the Smoke Cartridges when using salt liquids work best with the Mesh Pods. She was professional, knowledgeable and knew everything about all of the items /products I was interested in! Yesterday I called and asked for the Nova 2 smoke mesh pods. I was told they would be in stock today. . I called today and a extremely rude gentleman told me that they don't have the PODS or the Liquid.. I asked him how much the Caramel Salt e-liquid was. He was rude and said " I can't give prices over the phone" . He must be new or just too lazy to check the price as everyone else has given me the prices over the phone from this location in the past. . I wouldn't have to ask for the price if they didn't change every single time I've been there. After today's experience I won't be going back! I think the No name salt liquids this store sells are way too high. Most Gas stations who carry the same brand-liquids charge 6.99-9.99. My vapor store.Com sells top of the line salt E-liquids, like Connoli, The Beard, Pods, Nova 2, & 3 starter kits etc.. a lot cheaper. This Puff and Pipe location isn't consistent, stock is almost always out, workers don't seem to know much , the employee turn over rate is extremely high, it takes forever to get someone to answer a simple question or check you out, prices are ridiculous for base liquids nobody's ever heard of. Another customer who may or may not come into the shop? They also have very little inventory in edibles. I mean nothing. And the prices are outrageous for the quality and quantity. But the red-bearded guy really ruined what could have been a successful trip, and because of his attitude and stupid business practices we didn't get what we came for. If he worked for me, I would fire him immediately. There are LOTS of people wanting to be a GOOD budtender, and they are waiting to fill his former position. Go to Maryland for your purchases - they have better stores with educated staff and you pay half as much. And you won't get an attitude of superiority without substance.

When I told him I was going to go to the ATM they told me it was cheaper to just check out with them because of the ATM fees over there but I could've taken out $100 for a one time fee but instead because they mistakenly forgot to ring me up one of my items I went back in for it. It cost me $3.50 a transaction then a dollar ATM fee on top of that. The only other thing I did not like and what I think Highway 90 is better at is the fact that I'm not forced to go to a tablet to make a purchase. As somebody who has learning disabilities and problems with stuff like that, I wasn't allowed into the dispensary to ask questions and stuff. Instead, they asked somebody to come out and start swiping on the screen. I'm glad there was somebody available to come out to help me find what I'm looking for, but it isn't very ADA friendly. I purchased an item and I wanted two items , but there was some confusion on the item because I had questions. So I went out into the car and I opened my bag and I was missing an item. I went back in the same girl that was there when I was being checked out by some man was there and I told her that I wanted to buy whatever item it was and there was you know the first time buy for 30% off. She told me well you were already in here and made a purchase. I can't give it to you. I was like right, but I wanted to purchase two items. I was pretty clear about that, but there was some confusion on your end and you sent me outside with one item. Finally, the guy who rang me up next to that girl at the register says oh yeah I made a mistake. Give her the 30% off. Yeah I kind of brushed it off at that but now that I'm checking my bank account statement online it finally populated and I ended up paying nine dollars to shop there. Instead of whatever the simple ATM fee. I could've paid the ATM fee and taken out $100 but instead I feel like they swindled me into using their ATM machine register at their register as they called it and it ended up charging me twice for less than $100 in money. I gotta be honest I didn't go back to the dispensary at the old Marlton diner because it was the same way. They want you to order on iPads, but at least this location actually had knowledge on their products because the dispensary on Route 70, where the Marlton diner used to be, their staff has absolutely no idea about anything. Can't answer single question. Also, if the company is reading this, you really limit yourself by having people go to your tablets to order. I typically spend two or three times more than what I plan on spending each time I go to Highway 90 for the simple fact that when I go in there, there's somebody to talk to and I'm not ordering from my iPad or tablet. It makes it a more welcoming environment. It also starts with good customer service to write off the bat. You guys have so many different things to sell that people will continuously overlook because they're not gonna sit there and read something on a tablet or iPad and they have no idea what it is. UPDATE:: I typed my pin in wrong and it cost me a dollar. So I cost me 10 dollars to purchase under 100 worth or merch. I think that you guys have a great military discount program, which is appreciated. But there is something's that could be better and highway 90 does. I feel more at home there and comfortable and not so much at a lock up when I go there.

One of my biggest problems with dispensaries in my area is the lack of selection when it comes to indica. They had so many to choose from that I asked that they just choose for me, lol. Ended up leaving with something new to try and upon immediate testing of it, I can confidently say that they knew exactly what they were doing. It may be my go-to product now. Like other dispensaries I've been to, the pricing was what you'd expect. They do offer discounts if you qualify though! Unfortunately, they are only accepting medical patients at this time. All in all, it was a really great experience. I passed by this place on my morning and afternoon commute and thought I should give it a try. I'm so, so glad I did!

The lady suggested I go get my license which was in the car, which I did. But instead of going back inside, I drove to another dispensary instead were they honored my medical ID and gave me a 30% discount on top of it. I guess the moral of the story is, if you create enough barriers and send your clients out the door confused and empty-handed, we might not come back.
