My daughter was looking at my tattoo while waiting to use the restroom be it she just got a matching tattoo done with her father as a going away present. As we were talking with the artist the owner so rudely and loudly raised his voice to us to where the entire shop got quiet and stated we were too loud and pretty much to shut up while his apprentice was going to read some paper. Maybe conduct your staff meeting on your own time. Who said we wanted to hear it anyway. I am truly happy my husband kept his cool. Even other people in the waiting room told my husband how very rude that was. We are sad to not be able to come back to this shop but I will be damned if I ever let anyone treat us this way especially when tattoo shops are supposed to be for fun and good times. What is even sadder is when my daughter wrote a review instead of apologizing for his rude behavior he pushed it off in us.

There was a special running in March and I knew I had to jump on it. Setting up the appointment was very easy, we scheduled it two weeks out. He asked to push the time back slightly, which was totally okay, can't rush the process. From start to finish, he was very professional and accommodating of my comfort. I was in the chair for a little over 3 hours and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. The level of detail of the stitch-work to the slightly worn texture shows Shun's experience as an artist. There was no funny business when it came to price, what he quoted from the jump was what he stuck to. Overall, every step was a pleasant experience and I can't recommend this studio enough. I'll definitely be following his career to see what styles he tries out next.

well i will only comment about ken herring who i believe runs the shop. i will not only comment on my experience but my friends as well that have 30 tattoos between the two of them. ken likes black and white realism, although he can tattoo whatever. amazing work to be honest i dont understand why he doesnt pop up under more internet searches for local tattoo artists. my experience the prices were a steal, ken refused to my buddy's tattoo smaller because thats all he could afford he did it right because he wanted it done right. read more
