We had some surprises along the way like finding some piping in the wall we opened up but Joe and Rene were able to reroute everything just fine. We also ordered a new window for the bathroom that we had to wait on and our window contractor kept delaying the install so Joe and Rene offered to pick up the window and install it for us. Really saved us a lot of time and hassle! Overall such a good experience-so easy to work with and great communication throughout. We are already planning on having them do more projects for us! Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened.
