Dr Zolnowski is great with my daughters and takes time to explain to me what's going on with them after the appointment. My daughters especially love singing Stella ' Stella Tammy are Great with kids. They explain to them what they're doing and make sure they're feeling OK during the visit. Marcy is great for answering your billing questions. Mary and Kathy are friendly and will help with everything you could possibly need Was so happy to finally get them back after the place being closed down due to the COVID-19 virus, loved how they made you feel safe. The place was extremely clean. Check in was on your phone in the parking lot, they contacted you through text message to let you know when it was time for you to come in. They have everyone wear a mask going in to the building and had everyone use the hand sanitizer as they walk in. if people wanted to wait in the waiting room they had it all marked off to where you could sit and be at a safe distance from someone else. Their new doctor was nice but I will never again deal with such a rude and unprofessional group of miserable people. FACT: Horizon Orthodontics are legally obligated to take the braces that they installed off of your child. When they try to persuade you otherwise and you still want them off, they will still schedule you for an appointment (after having to go there in person from blowing off my phone messages and when you show up in person, they will ask why you didn't leave a message. Ha!). Then, when you show up for your 10:30 appointment (which I wrote in my book...10:30), they will say your appointment was at 10. After they battle with you in front of your child, you show them your book that says 10:30 but then they say "you wrote it down wrong". Also, is it ethical that Horizon Orthodontics just bill YOU after they confirm that your insurance was accepted? Suggestion, give your staff some of that N2O (laughing gas) on a Friday before you fire them.

My mother had braces put on my sister and I back in high school, then a retainer. He was absolutely amazing for everything. Never made you feel scared or worried about anything. He was able to keep us young children calm. I have a fear of dentists and he did a great job. Now I am 38 and came back to him for a lower retainer. He still has the same calm gentle manner as he did before. The staff is always wonderful as well. The office is clean, Friendly, and well organized. I am very happy I came back to get my lower retainer from him. If my children ever need anything they will be coming to him as long as he is still working. My mother, is even planning on going to him for an Invisalign in the next month.
