I have asked Dr Vibert for my medical records so I can find another dentist that is willing to work with what he has done and he has refused to give my records. I sent a return receipt request and still nothing after many emails. Next is contacting whomever is in charge of licensing dentists and asking an attorney to get involved. He also promised me that he would get for me the screw removal tool and a few new screws so the dentist that corrected the horrendous painful malocclusion caused by his misfitting permanent denture can do the cleaning because being in Viberts care is very insulting and demeaning. When Vibert would not fix my malocclusion and accused me of being impossible to work with and never being satisfied, this other dentist corrected the problem in 5 minutes although the pain of my upper pallet on the right is still present. I will update this review if and when Vibert ever decides to do the right thing. So far all he has proven is that his office is a factory of kindness while he gets you to give great reviews and money before the operation and totally ignores his patients after payment in full is received. My case was of two partial that fell out. I should have gotten individual replacements but Vibert insisted that that could not be done and this was the best solution. It was not. His staff even said to me "Do you want to look good or feel good?" I was shocked when they asked this. I said " Both." All the great reviews are before the operation because his staff is trained to be overly nice until you have a problem and then you are abandoned. I am interested in my records because he said he did not take any bone away and I do not believe him. He said he would give me my money back if I signed a release. All I want are my medical records the tool to remove the screws and a few (14) screws to give to my dentist who does not use Viberts equipment. Saw Dr. Vibret as my last resort to my failing bridge and bone loss. My dentist at that time wanted me to consider a removal denture which I could not envision myself doing. Although I am 70 years old having to deal with a removable denture is something I did not ever want. I had nightmares about this. So, this was the last straw. Sought him out and was glad that I did. The oral surgeon performed zygomatic implants and a few regular implants on my upper jaw. I am post-surgical almost 3 weeks now. A little rough healing but I expected that as this was explained to me in detail. There are several more steps before I get my final teeth, and I can't wait for that day. I do have temporary teeth in right now. The process takes from surgical day to total healing about 6 months. Gums have to heal and the bone has to strengthened in order to get to the finish. So far I am extremely happy and all worth it. read more

Worst decision of my life!! Deciding to use Dr. Vibert, was the worst decision I have ever made! I am hiding behind a mask, and my quality of life has depleted. My review will be left within a few days, so theres not much I can say now. But he pulled my teeth without the ability to create teeth that are correct for my facial shape and natural bite, although he said he could my first initial visit. The teeth are terrible, and my verticle dimention was measured after surgery, while I was awaking from general Anesthesia, which you learn NOT to do that in 1st yr grad school!! The all on four is much more then pulling failing teeth, its the ability to provide facial support, lip support, restore ones natural smile, as well to prevent further bone loss. Well, my face is half the size, and I am unreconanizable!! I will leave my full review with a few days. And by the way, this is the only review site that lets you see low star reviews. Misinformed - the most painful procedure, ongoing issues still can't open mouth 4 days later - takes your money $$ and your suffer like a dog because they never had the procedure done to themselves and go according to random patients who probably had one implant and not a forever smile procedure and don't even know the pain and issues of post surgical care. Dr after hour services is office manager , what oral surgeon or physician that does surgery not have a physician on call ? Worse mistake I made deciding to come here. I had a root canal done by Dr. Vibert a few months ago. It was 100 times better than my last root canal. My last root canal hurt a lot this one was completely painless and only took one visit. I didn't even feel the novacaine shot. If you need a good dentist give him a try you will be very happy. read more

Let me start off by saying Dr Vibert has gained a customer for life. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I recently cracked a tooth and started experiencing excruciating pain. I went to another dentist that had me waiting for 3hrs. Only to tell me they don't do teeth extractions. I was recommended to Dr Vibert and like always I was skeptical. I called in the morning and thankfully they had the room to get me in the same day. My awesome experience started the minute I called. The receptionists were friendly and seemed to care about my tooth problem. Once I arrived to the office was greeted and within maybe 15 mins I was being brought in to a room. The dental assistant Carla was awesome as well, informative of what was going on and what she was doing. Then Dr Vibert came in, has a very soothing personally. Within a few mins of speaking with him I was very comfortable. 10 mins later my wisdom tooth was out. By far the best experience I've ever had from a dentist. Wish I would have known about him before, I wouldn't have avoided some of the oral issues I have. read more
