I had a failing conventional water heater from 2004, and I saw this as a perfect opportunity to upgrade to an on demand (tankless) water heater. I got in touch with Ryan, and he advised that I go with as navien or rinnai with a recirculation loop. I chose rinnai and told him my aspirations to place it in a certain way to maximize useable space and the way I wanted the gas line to be hidden. He quickly drew up plans, shortly after he was underway. He worked very efficiently and had this thing done in a day. The end result speaks for it's self. I have now used Hermès Plumbing on multiple occasions. Firstly, when I broke my garbage disposal. Ryan recommended a great but affordable disposal that he installed. He was prompt with his timing, efficient and has good communication. A few weeks later I broke my dishwasher (I seem to be quite hard on my appliances). Ryan was able to fix the issue so a replacement wasn't necessary. He is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable with all things plumbing. I moved into my home 3 years ago, and Ryan has fixed a variety of problems - from adjusting the plumb lines under a kitchen sink that were not previously done to the drain-waste code, to replacing a unique cartridge for a leaky shower head, to fixing leaky toilets. The largest job involved building a new main water line from the street to the house because the previous one was destroyed by tree roots!
