This is a belated review, but we needed our water heater replaced and a heater installed under the kitchen sink and some minor repairs to several toilets in the house earlier this year. Such a great experience with John. We had him come over and fix a handful of small plumbing issues. He was thorough in taking care of everything and found an issue with our water pressure being too high which will cause stress on the system and cause even damage over time. John also saved us a lot of money on new hardware by knowing that our Moen fixtures and components have a lifetime warranty - he contacted Moen for us and they sent me the parts, which he is now scheduled to come back and install at no additional cost.
