Dr. Yeh said she saw something on my xray or MRI that she said indicated damage. I couldn't see anything, and my other dentists didn't have a problem with the front teeth. The Hybridge replaced these teeth. Turns out that the Hybridge teeth are weaker than my original teeth. Other problems - Dr. Yeh, had accidentally left a suture in my mouth. The Hybridge appliance is wider and longer than my original teeth. That means that I'm constantly biting my cheek and lip. My molars don't line up well, so I can't chew my food properly. My smile looks ok, but if I'm not smiling, the Hybridge gives me a bigger frown, and when I'm not paying attention, I walk around with my mouth open - which looks stupid. The Hybridge is better than nothing, but if you have any other options, take the other options.

The staff support from the front desk, hygienists, and dental assistants reflect the stellar care and support reflective of this dental practice. I feel comfortable with the dental care, most significant since dental care in my youth was not something I found comfortable which resulted in many years of stress and anxiety Re:dental visits. I no longer have anxiety or stress getting dental care. Dr Kashirad does exemplary work and demonstrates care, respect, as well as professionalism. I am moved by the care, comfort, and attentiveness as well as the professionalism from Dr Kashirad and his staff. I have MS, I mention this because dentistry with this condition has been challenging at times when my body is undergoing symptom challenges. Dr Kashirad and staff have cared for me during challenges with this condition and have provided dental adaptions, eg; when I could not hold my mouth open for prolonged periods. It seems like she is too busy running the business to properly quality-control the people working under her. I had a filling done on my back molar by one of the other dentists, and it was not done properly. My bite was noticeably off because the filling was left way too high and was not ground down enough to fit my bite and tooth anatomy. This caused a lot of pain and toothaches afterward. It was also extremely difficult to floss because the area between my teeth was left rough and jagged instead of being properly smoothed. I brush my teeth multiple times a day and floss regularly, but despite that, I later developed decay underneath that filling and had to have the entire thing redone by a different dentist. I also had an experience where one of Carolyn's dental assistants could not floss between my teeth. I understand that I have a very tight contact between my teeth, but I have never had that happen at another dental office before. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of care I received here. Carolyn may be a good dentist herself, but based on my experience with the other staff, I would not recommend this office.
