Our baby shower was complete because of them ! I am so glad I made them my one stop shop. They had everything we needed ( tables, chairs, tablecloths, canopies, balloons, and even dessert stands!) So many nice color options of tablecloths and balloons. Their crew delivered everything and picked it all up on time. Their pricing is reasonable! I usually dont like to give businesses bad reviews. i try really hard to give them the benefit of the doubt. Its not easy to run a business these days. That being said here is why they dont even deserve a star. We had ordered an balloon arrangement for a baby shower. the arrangement was supposed to be the centerpiece for the shower. We were planning to use that as the backdrop for photos. We ordered the balloons about 5 days before the event and got an invoice. The invoice said the time and date it was supposed to be delivered. We left a deposit with the balance to be paid upon delivery and setup. On the day of the event, we waited at the time frame they said they would deliver and setup. Nobody came and nobody called us. Once they were an hour late we started to call their contact numbers. As you can probably guess nobody answered either of the two numbers. The first number went straight to voice mail (meaning its off). The second rang but nobody ever picked it up. after probably over 50 phone calls we just gave up. They never showed up, they never called us back, NOTHING!!!!!! We had to have a friend run to party city to get balloons for us, which due to the party about to start the balloons werent the same. If they couldnt make it because they had an emergency, got a flat tire, the installer got sick, anything we would have been more forgiving. The fact that they didnt even bother to call us to say they werent coming is what was the most aggravating part of this whole mess. If they even cared about their customers the bare minimum would be a phone call back, an apology, something. The fact that its now been 4 days past the event and we still havent heard anything from them shows how much they care about their customers and their business, which is to say they dont care. AVOID THIS PLACE. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

This place is local to us. Have ordered from there before. Ordered (4) 24" round cocktail tables for my mom's funeral. They delivered (4)36" tables. Called and they said that's all they had, didn't tell us that when we placed the order. Unfortunately we had purchased tablecloths for the 24" tables we had ordered. Asked if they could provide tablecloths for the tables they gave us, they dropped off the tablecloths as we were leaving for church. They brought us (2) tablecloths for I guess 32" tables, way too small and (2) tablecloths for a 6' rectangular table. Didn't realize as guests were arriving. Their excuse, sorry I would have brought the other ones. They don't know what they are doing, don't know their own inventory, terrible customer service and never, ever renting from them again. It takes ALOT for me to leave a bad review. Mainly because I support small businesses, and I understand that sometimes there can be one bad employee, or one bad day. But this was not the case. I've never felt more ripped off in my life. First the tables we ordered that were supposed to seat 8-10 were CLEARLY 6-8 tops. But I quickly forgave that and moved on. My real issue was ordering a Balloon arch by a place called BALLOON LAND and getting NOTHING like what I ordered. I've attached a picture that was sent to me as an option of something that they claimed to have done for a girl baby shower. I thought it was beautiful, and asked for the exact same one, but only with blues instead of pinks for my boy baby shower. I was very specific that I didn't want a lot of dark blues, just a few accent pieces, and confirmed they had some clear ones with confetti to add. Then I specified, many times, in writing, that my husband is 6'5, and this is serving as the background for our photo booth, so it needs to be at least 7 feet tall. As you can see in the What I ordered (pink pic) vs. What I got (blue pic), it was no where near 7 feet tall. Her excuse? "Well, it's 7 feet long, so if i raise it to 7 feet tall it will come up off the ground." Her excuse for it not looking ANYTHING like what I ordered? My favorite. I experience these issues multiple times and definitely feel there is opportunity for growth. First of all, no one answers the phone. In multiple occasions, I call and no one answers. I completely understand there is peak hours but this is not just a day or two, it's all the time. When you go to the store, employees feel dragged when you ask them a question or if you have the item in the back. It seems like an inconvenience. Improving their customer service both on the phones and in person will significantly positively impact their business. People will purchase more, know the products more, and bring more revenue. read more

Horrible. Unprofessional. First, the couldn't find my order. My fiancé called on my behalf trying to figure it out & at some point I think they blocked his number because he couldn't get through to them. I called & I was able to get through- weird. We rented tables, chairs & a jumper for our daughters first birthday party. They NEVER followed up with us. We had to call to follow up & see about drop off times & day. They said they would drop off our stuff by Friday 8pm-- no one ever called us. We had to call to see what was going on, nothing was dropped off until like 9-10. The jumper & other table wasn't dropped off until the next day. If we didn't call they would've never drop off our things. Then, we get the tables & chairs...they were disgusting! Tables are dirty, beat up almost unusable. One table is broken (thankfully we didn't need to use it). It was just a mess. We were not told about an extra $100 deposit for the jumper until after the fact. We had to call them to get that money back otherwise we would've never gotten it back. Gosh, I wish we would've read the reviews first before going to this place. I would've give this place no stars if I could. read more

They filled the balloons as fast as was possible for two people to work. They were friendly and helpful. I will be buying all my balloon bouquets from them in the future. I rented tables and chairs twice from this place and both times or a chair is broken or a table. This last time the tables were very dirty they didn't even look white they looked discolored. When we added the table covers we had to use two so you wouldn't noticed how bad the looked. Very disappointed. read more

This place is a complete NIGHTMARE!!! They are not open when they say they will be. I ordered chairs over the phone and they said they would be ready when they opened at 9am. 2 1/2 hours later, the manager finally answers the after hours number and was RUDE! Poor customer service. We prepaid for helium filled balloons for our daughter's birthday party. Because of timing, we had to pick them up the next day. When we did, the elder woman at the counter pointed to deflated balloons on the floor and said they were ours. She made no efforts to give us fresh balloons or to make any effort at good customer service. She didn't even get out of her chair once to greet me when I walked in.
