It was not disclosed to us that our home would be Brooks' first listing as a licensed realtor, unfortunately his inexperience led us to be extremely disappointed and frustrated throughout the purchase and sale process. Both transactions were the worst of our several real estate experiences. Our purchase was the most frustrating. We had to remind Brooks to include our sale contingency in the contract. When it came time to organize the requests for repairs, Brooks was highly disorganized and missed several items. His reports included numerous spelling errors on simple words such as "cill" for window sill. I had to spend over an hour organizing and correcting reports. He also had no knowledge of how to incorporate a reduced commission structure, and had to work with escrow to correct the sale price. Finally after both escrows closed, he posted photos of our new home publicly on social media without our permission. These were removed at our request, but should have never been shared in the first place.
