Their burritos are amazing. I will agree they have the best burritos in town. I have never been inside. I have only ordered at the drive through. The kitchen looks busy but organized from the window view. At the drive through, the service is good but you better know what you want because they seem to rush you when you order. That being said, I would like to see clear prices on the menu at the drive through. There was a sign posted stating they had to increase food prices, which I understand, so prices on the menu when ordering and an updated menu on their Facebook business page along with updated hours would be helpful for those of us who plan ahead and try to help a business move through serving their customers more quickly. This review is a little late in the making, but I definitely owe it to the awesome folks working at Hernandez bakery! We have now been there three times but even after the first time, they remembered us and even assisted us in recalling what we ordered and why we ordered it. For the price you pay the serving portions are awesome, and the food tasted great! If you are a fancy person, don't be all put off by the exterior, the interior is a nice little set up and again the staff are amazing! We ordered four burritos all different and each one did not let down! They have a lot of different choices and the staff will help you dial down on a selection depending on what you're feeling. If you haven't been, it's definitely a must try in my book. read more

The staff is really friendly, and quick to greet you! They have a menu that clearly explains what comes with each plate, and the price of each plate. They serve house made lemonade all day that is delicious! I ordered the huevos rancheros, and the sauce came on the side. Everything about it was hot, fresh, and delicious (especially tortillas). Their breakfast burritos have a great ratio of eggs to meat (unlike other burrito places in town). Well people today took a little different path, went to Hernandez Bakery. Had not been there before, was a little confused as it if I should order at the counter or if someone would be taking orders. Order at the counter. The place had several drive up at the window and plenty of to go orders. That may have led to the slow service, the people had there food half eaten by the time I received mine. Was not to concerned about it. The food was good so overall happy with the place Just think they need to work on a better system than they got going on. read more

This restaurant has extremely good staff. We walk in for a burrito/taco run. We had to grab a taco for one of our parents and then we were going to share two between the four of us. The woman at the front yells "TRES TACOS FOR QUATRO MUCHACHOS! Aiyaiyaiy!" But when she came out with eight tacos for the same price as the three we paid for! 10/10 recommend. read more

Love love love their homemade tortillas. Their breakfast burritos are particularly yummy because of the tortilla. My hubby stops here just to get me homemade tortillas--but eat them up in a few days, because they don't have all the preservative crap they put on store tortillas. They are fresh, but due mold in 3-5 days, so eat them up! read more

I had the gordita plate and was surprised to see how big the gorditas were! They were not deep fried like at other places and they came 2 to an order. I ordered the carne con chile verde gordita and the chicharron gordita and both were phenomenal especially the carne con chile verde. Wow..after all of the great reviews I was disappointed. I had the bacon, egg, and potato burrito. The eggs tasted bland, almost powdered. The potatos didn't even taste like they had any seasoning. The bacon was total mush. I wanted to like it. read more
