I messaged through the Facebook Marketplace post and thought I was buying through Alonso, an individual but found out it is through a reseller. Garland Home Center sells overstocks, buy backs and liquidation stock from major retailers. They deal with housewares, home accents, toys, tools, lawn and more. I'm very happy with my purchase - I bought 2 of the New Graco Turbobooster backless booster seats in pink. They have retractable cup holders and covered arm rests. They deal in cash or Zelle. We set a time when I would arrive and he sent me the address and a picture of the parking lot so I'd know where to go. We met in the parking lot and I looked in the box and the booster seats looked good and I handed him cash. It felt a little out of the ordinary making a cash deal in a parking lot. The seats themselves were manufactured over a year and a half ago, but they are perfectly fine to use for many years to come. My granddaughters were thrilled to see their new booster seats in my car and said they were comfortable.

In August of 2018, our business purchased 2 quik n crispy air fryers. It was an older model with…read moreone heating element. Never had an issue with either one. Here we are 5 years later and we see a demonstration about the new and improved air fryer with 2 heating elements and better programming etc. We fell in love and purchased a brand new one. We were told that the company was sold recently but any purchases would still fall under warranty, repair and service just like before. In October of 2023, 2 months after purchasing, we began to have an issue with the machine freezing. We have to end power and restart it which does not always fix the issue. I contacted the company and the service manager gave me a firmware update to try and fix the machine. It did not work. Since then, I have spoken with him several times and all he has said, is the company has him driving all over and he can't believe no one has contacted us. Here it is March of 2024 and we still have a defective machine and no fix. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. They are not upholding the same level of customer satisfaction that the original business holders so proudly have done in the past.

In fact, it's a big open gateway from the parts area to the show room and so it's kind of natural to wander into there. When I did that was when I was met by a sales person named, Mariam. I have a kitchen faucet situation where the faucet that is in my kitchen that needs to be replaced is kind of an old-school faucet, and I have had difficulty finding options to replace it and yet I want to replace it with something similar because of the holes that are drilled in my granite countertops. Mariam was quick to find me solutions and even had a few different options that I can go with. She was knowledgeable and helpful and very pleasant to work with. I have not yet fully decided what I'm going to do, so I held back from ordering one on this particular visit, but I will not hesitate to come back either for the parts to rebuild my old one like I am doing with the bathroom faucet or buy a entire new faucet.
