However, when looked at Grila Grills, I did not see any one star reviews. I went to the show room in farmers branch and it was helped by Sam. I bought the Grilla Grill. It was a good choice. The metal is very thick. It was very easy to use and I did not have to babysit it like I used to do with my old smoker. I left my brisket in overnight and was able to monitor it over my phone. The cleanup was very easy. I did put the foil on the pan and it made a difference. It was easy to clean. I look forward to using it more. Set up was very easy as well. Everything is documented online and there are YouTube videos to help get you started. I would recommend the Grilla Grills.

Replaced that and got power, but then I was getting no fire. So I had to replace the ignitor. Well while trying to remove the ignitor several of the screws broke off as I guess from the heat in the grill kind of adhered them to the fire pot. So now I am at the point where I am being told; "At this point it seems that you're going to have to drill out the broken screws. You wont be able to re-use the original holes. Next drill a few new holes and use self tapping screws to attach the burn pot to the base." I mean its become a freakin DIY project at this point just to get a year old smoker to work. I loved it early on and raved about it to people, but I honestly HATE it at this point with all the headaches. I will say their customer service is very responsive. I am just starting to doubt the quality of this smoker with all the issues.

At the last minute, they texted us to cancel, claiming an "emergency repair." When I called, the story changed, they admitted they took a bigger, higher-paying job (full heating system replacement) and pushed us aside, told us either cancel or reschedule with them. They didn't even bother calling back, just sent a text canceling after pretending to "sort things out." Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Mandated duct cleaning by previous service was unnecessary and a waste of $5k. Main fan and heat removal coil in attic were underperforming. Heater cabinet had worn seal and was leaking cold air. Refrigeration line to heat removal coil in cabinet had small leak. So basically I removed and replaced both systems and they did a fantastic job. They came in with the best bid and the most thorough service and investigation out of 8 bidders and they had the best service warranty. Then for follow-up items the same service tech who did the inspection and provided the detail bid and follow-up, he came out and did the commissioning punch list as well as follow-up balancing. J Pennington is a great rep for the company and isn't related to the owner.

Wes has been my main contact and he is wonderful. I can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my complicated system. Right before our dangerous winter storm last week, he actually contacted me ahead of time just to make sure I was prepared. He walked me through, step by step, as I set my system for the extreme cold so I would stay safe and warm. That gave me real peace of mind. Wes also arranged for Josh to come out and fix a few things that needed attention, and that visit went just as smoothly. Josh was polite, on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and proactive. I never feel pressured, and their prices have always been more than fair. Well they could be honest about a used machine that I bought and stand behind their product. I…read morepurchased my 1st Skid Steer I am busy so did the transaction over the phone and I took the word of the sales manager Champ that when he said the tracks had 75% life left in them. I actually called the sales rep back a few days later voicing concern and he said that Champ confirmed. I went along with it, less than 2 weeks later just working on dirt one track came apart. I have had this machine less than a month. I was less than a mile away from the Kubota Dealer in Durant on a Job site. I call Champ on a Saturday explaining the situation, yes he offered to buy back the machine and charge me rental but the loan I already have on it is not a simple interest so I would owe an additional $4K+ to the bank to pay it off so unless he wanted to pay the full value of the loan then that deal will not work. Then he offered to let pay for the tracks at their cost which I am not really happy with but agreed too however he was suppose to call me Monday (which didn't happen) to set up transport since the track was completely off. Again I am in the middle of a job so time is a issue to get it done, I finally had to call the dealer a mile down from where the skid was located on Monday afternoon they came and got it right then and I have to pay the full price for new tracks and they just got back on the job less than 24 hrs. I have still yet to get a call or offer from Six and Mango or Champ. I have been in contact with the sales guy and he is new to the business so I don't put blame toward him. Also the Durant dealer also had to REPLACED DRIVER SIDE IDLER ASSEMBLY PICK UP AND DELIVERY so an additional $500 on top of the tracks making it $4,200+. I also told him what Champ told me about 75% life left in tracks and the service guy in Durant said they were completely worn out. Also when I took delivery of the skid my operator said it seemed very sluggish and that he took out the filters and they were completely clogged, at this point we just had the skid for a week. It took him 30 mins just to blow them out with his compressor. I call Jimmy (sales guy) and I told him you told me went through service, well come to find out it didn't go through Service the guy who traded or sold it back to Dealership Champ knew and he told Champ that he serviced it himself. So obviously they didn't do Oil Change or service it before it was sold to me. They did after I spoke with Jimmy and Service Manager send someone out to service on site but still I would assume when buying a expensive machine that it would be serviced. Anyway this company has 0 customer service and Champ just is a typical salesman that will not stand behind is word. I own multiple businesses and if a customer is not happy I will make it right with them even if I have to lose money on the deal.

See attached screenshots from my conversation with Jamal. 2. Despite the incomplete service, I paid the full quoted amount of $200 in cash to Jamal. It is frankly unacceptable for the business to falsely claim otherwise, tarnishing their credibility. This is the level of their business ethics and shows their willingness to go to any extend to make the victim look like the culprit. 3. It is distressing to witness the owner's attempt to misrepresent my expectations regarding the outcome of the cleaning service. If that was the case, I won't have given this repeat job to him because I never got a brand grill last time either. 4. Mutual respect and professionalism are fundamental in any business transaction. I am indeed offended by the personal attacks made against me in the owner's response, which only serve to exacerbate the situation. In sharing my experience, I aim to provide transparency for others considering this business. It is disappointing to encounter such discrepancies and lack of accountability. However, this time, I am extremely disappointed with him not honoring the agreement of cleaning burner along with grill. Even though pictures of both outdoor grill and burner were shared in advance and agreed many days ahead, he only cleaned the grill and ignored the burner. Upon clarifying this, he just went ahead and barely cleaned the burner for just a few minutes at the end with lots of areas still uncleaned. Even for the grill, the bottom grease tray was still dirty with lot of dirty soapy water from cleaning collected there. I understand that disagreements and misunderstandings can happen but his unprofessional language, unwarranted behavior by raising his voice and making derogatory racial comments at me was totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated at any level. I will never be using his services again and do not recommend him at all.
