Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

We were initially given a window so we were delighted to be the first job of the day. There was a massive tree in our yard. So massive that neighbors finally became annoyed with the overhang of vines and weeds so it had to come down. The crew came prepared with all manner of tree cutting and disposal machinery and tools. The whole system involved several trucks that took up a good portion of the street. These guys were thorough and professional. Several cars had to be moved out of the way one of which was dead. No problem. They jumped it and moved it as well as another for a disabled neighbor and when the job was done they put the cars back in their original spaces. They cleaned constantly throughout the process. Living in a row home meant most of the trunk had to be carried out through the house. They handled that part just as well. Do read your contract, they spell out many specifics like how much of the trunk of our tree could be cut down because it had begun to grow into the fence. This should make clear your expectations. Highly recommended.

Our place had a pretty beat up wooden fence around a small yard space. The ground was basically dirt with outdoor carpet on top. On top of this, we have a pretty large Mulberry tree on the border in dire need of a trimming. We reached out to have some sort of hardscaping done, a new fence, and the tree trimmed. Jennifer and Damean with Terraquarbor were awesome for a total revamp of our small urban backyard. They are transparent, reasonable, and did great work. Jennifer came out to take some measurements and hear what we were thinking. She brought up some other considerations and ideas including the Philly Raincheck program, which is great and opened up some other options. A reasonable quote was put together in addition to a heads up on their timeline and how things were since we were reaching out to them during a busy season plus some weather issues. Once the work got started, easy to see the craftsmanship and effort put into the project.
