What should have been a simple task had become overwhelming, and by the time I arrived, I was struggling to think clearly and figure out what I needed. They noticed I needed help, took the time to patiently guide me, and treated me with respect, kindness and understanding. Not just help me find something in the store -- but they helped me feel grounded again. Offering compassion, patience, and even a hug when I needed one. Yet another Safeway…read more I always come to Safeway because they sell my favorite protein drinks. I grab at least two of them. Sometimes I will stock up and buy more. A very convenient, quick and easy drink that is a full meal by themselves. Even when they don't have them, I can always count on one of the stockers to check the back for me, and most times they find some for me.
