The owner and his son returned several times to fix cracks and apply sealer. Although they were responsive, they would not insect the final job to insure all parts were sealed. When I asked a third time, the owner told "I'm done with you my friend. You will never be happy". I asked, how come you wouldn't come to do a final inspection, he said "I'm done". Horrible job! This guys is not trustable. Please people do not trust him your time and your money is not worth it. He will tell you that he knows how to do concrete and form work and is not true and be careful because he will try to take advantage of you telling you he would guvr you a 5 inch concrete and he will only give 3 1/2 inch. THE absolute worst. They know nothing about concrete & grading; in retrospect, I completely understand why the co. ratings are so low. Please do not & I repeat PLEASE DO NOT use VG Concrete. Victor G. and his co. caused irreparable damage to my home TRYING to fix my drive. When I showed him what was happening & the damage caused to my home, he would not come back out. Prior to doing the work, I mentioned an architect friend said what he was doing would not work & I offered to pay extra for a grate at the bottom of the drive, but he was rude, retaliating that he knew better. I'm a single mom & had the work not begun & been contracted by another contractor I hired, I would have asked him to leave. As a result of his not listening & because of what I can only call, w/out going into detail, a literal pool left at the top of my drive which pours down when it rains to the bottom where my garage & home is, there is horrible flooding damage ea/time. I sent him pictures & video of what was happening & the damage/flooding down the drive, how it pours from the pool in two areas down the drive. I had an attorney call & my brother after he wouldn't answer my calls. He was dishonest TIME AFTER TIME saying I am on my way or will meet you & NEVER showed. I am now in the process of cleanup of my home after EVERY rain & taking legal action, as he refuses to graciously repair what he did wrong, even after seeing proof in pictures. My drive was better before the fix. Please beware of this company. read more
