After they worked on my property, I experienced severe water damage that resulted in approximately $30,000 in damage & repairs, of which my insurance company reimbursed me $13,494. This was the result of hitting a water line with a roofing nail. The damage affected areas of my home that should have been protected during the roofing process. This was one of the most stressful home repair experiences I've ever faced. I believe potential customers should be aware of the risks and carefully evaluate all options before hiring this company. This company laid silicone down on my roof TWICE - because the first time was completely inadequate - dripping it all over the plants, the side of my house, on a small wood fence, and all over a trash can. I don't have pictures of the trash can and the mess they made beside the trash can because I had to get rid of their mistakes by HOA standards and didn't have time to take pictures of their trash. What I do have pictures of, however, is their work from my licensed home inspector and from my personal pictures. I'm keeping those for future inspections. I have to admit I was skeptical this company actually did such a poor job, so I did contact them; and after further investigation...yes, they've admitted to their poor work. This company is an absolute careless case of a roofing company. The only reason I was able to discover their deficiencies, because I paid for a licensed home inspector three separate times to inspect their work. I highly recommend this family owned business. While trying to sell my home, foundation inspections…read morerevealed a previous homeowners repair company had raised one side of the house too high(dont use E&B Foundation Repair) and the opposite side of the house had sunk. With the option date coming to a close, Brandon came out and gave us a quote for piers on the low side of the house. The quote was well under what the buyers company had given. That said company had recommended 6 piers vs his 3, and they also had them in all the wrong places(dont use Elite Foundation Repairs). The differing reports instigated having a structural engineer to come out and write up his own findings. The structural engineer came back with piers being needed in the locations where Brandon had suggested. Fast forward a bit and the plumbing failed hydrostatic testing. Urgent repair undercut the plumbing company's quote to tunnel under the house(A&M Plumbing is awesome though). At this point, Brandon became ill and his foreman Gabriel stepped in and became the main contact. Thats right. I said it. Brandon, part of the family that OWNS the company, was my main contact the entire time. When Gabriel stepped in, he was on top of whatever i needed. The plumbing company came back and said the needed the hole dug larger. Gabriel came out on his own, and dug the hole out larger on a Saturday! These guys are kings among kings and made a very irritating home sale less so.
