However, the two owners are out to scam the insurance company and your wallet. We ended up firing them because they just left our house not worked on for weeks. They never submitted the quote until I called and reminded them that the insurance company didn't get it! It should have been in 6 weeks before they submitted it! I knew they wouldn't go as far as to damage the fabric as they told me as such. When i went in today to pick up the pants I was told they got as much as they could without destroying the fabric.
