The manager is clueless, and has no communication skills what so ever. Truly has no business being in the body shop business either. They also will tell you that they are working on your vehicle, but have it hiding behind the building, covered in snow because they never started it in the first place. Make sure you inspect your car when you get it back and that it all lines up decently, or you will have pieces fall off on the way home. Also, make sure that they give you everything.... were still waiting for the bed cover that was 'a few days out'..... its been 4 months now. TERRIBLE.... absolutely terrible place to go. They ruined a beautiful truck - and I fully regret stepping foot in that place.

Rebecca and Vince were able to provide direct updates regarding repair of the vehicle and were flexible with my schedule for pick up. The Gerber team were able to monitor my car while I was away for work travel, which is super helpful to me. In terms of quality of work, not only did they take out the dented door and replace it with a new one, but they also repaired every warning light that was seen in my vehicle in addition to cleaning out the entire vehicle, which is above and beyond what I expected. I also didn't have to pay above my deductible when working with Gerber collision. They were able to work with my insurance company to address any supplemental issues, so the cost of repair was affordable. I'm grateful for their work and customer service to get my car repaired in an orderly manner.
