I recently had a terrible experience with an overpriced door lock and rekey service quotes. The quotation was absurdly high, with each lock costing $700. To make matters worse, the technician was extremely rude. He demanded a deposit to obtain the materials, which left me wondering if he would even show up. On top of that, he wanted to charge me for the visit, claiming originally it was a free visit and estimates .
