I picked the SUV up and it sounded like it did not have a muffler! I then had to reach out to the at fault party's insurance who stated I had to bring the SUV back to the people who did a half ass job after picking it up and the engine roaring when starting or stepping on the accelerator. They said the Caddie SUV sounding like a 1989 Honda Civic with glass packs had nothing to do with the wreck, stating it is just normal wear and tear on the car. I lost all faith in the shop. After 4 hours of driving to different mechanics, the new mechanic stated that being rear ended absolutely caused the issues mentioned above! The techs at Collision Connection Auto Body did half hearted work. I believe in helping mom and pops shops, but don't waste your time. They will do the bare minimum and not do the right thing when no one is looking. Very frustrated and disappointed.
