This is a bogus setup. They show a local address in Manhattan Beach but it is just an exchange where they dispatch someone from out if area. So you think you are getting a local business but you are not. They won't give you any idea of cost till they arrive. The team sent was fine, but the rate was very high and they admitted that there was an upcharge for the dispatch service. Now you have waited for them to arrive and unless you want to start over you just take the hit. Not heros at all. Call someone else. read more

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not ideal. A few things to know: 1 - The business address says "Manhattan Beach" (basically downtown MB) but they do not have an office. They are 100% mobile. So if you think you're dealing with a local company, you're really not 2 - Make sure to get an accurate quote in writing up front, and most certainly before they do the work. Trust me on this one Without getting into great detail, I was basically "haggled" after using them to unlock my older vehicle. The tech was about 30 mins later than I was told he would be there and the original price I was given tripled after the 10-15 mins of work was done. In short, I think I was dealing with a "rogue" employee, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Really great customer service. I locked myself out of my house and the locksmith that was sent over was very pleasant to chat with. He showed me what he was doing and got my door open. I was also contemplating having one of our deadbolts re-keyed as we had lost the key for it, so since he was already there doing the lock out I didn't have to pay the full amount for the re-key. They charged me $530 to open my door. Took him 2 seconds to unlock the door. Said it was $70+ per key divot or whatever (essentially how many notches the key goes in) plus services fees. My recommendation? Call elsewhere or be prepared to pay up $$$$ read more

A while back, I was in the area attending a conference. After the conference, I went to hang out with a friend who lives in the Manhattan Beach area. I picked her up from work with my fancy rental car and we drove over to her home. When we got there, she realized that she didn't have her key to her home. It was the worst feeling! This is an excellent service that is available 24/7. To make my experience easier, we had options on contacting the company either through the phone or the company website. They were quick to arrive at my place and got me back into my home away from the rain. I was satisfied with the efficiency of the worker that I actually requested an additional service while the worker was there to help me. They call them heroes locksmith for a reason seriously came to my rescue. You guys are defiantly my heroes and saved mine and my friends day. I was at her house for a beach and bbq day and somehow my friend lost her house keys at the beach. We looked for an hour before I told her let's just call a locksmith and get another one made. I found heroes, called them and in about maybe 30min they had someone at her front door and just like that he got us back into the house and made us another key. Though he did recommend we change the locks all together since somewhere on the beach still is her key. They guy who came out was so professional and efficient.
