I had only some vague ideas of what we wanted but they were able to take them and create an absolutely fantastic plan that worked with the budget we had. They even set us up so we can build on the yard in the future in stages as our budget allows. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and were so efficient about doing the work. It was a huge job but the guys were incredibly professional and kept us looped in to how things were going along the way. The final product was beyond fantastic. The patio not only looks great but is graded appropriately to keep water away from the house and also allows us to eat and cook outside. The artificial turf not only looks amazing but is easy maintenance and great quality. The kids and dog love rolling around on it. They graded the whole yard to help maximize the usable space in our budget and the retaining wall they installed gives me so much peace of mind. The work was expensive but well worth it. They definitely set our family up for many great times ahead. I highly recommend them!!

It's strange but,…read morein an era where I have interpersonal contact with all of just two people, regularly, you'd think I'd be starved for any human contact; When it came to getting quotes from tree trimming services last week, the last thing I honestly felt like doing was calling various places and scheduling meetups. But that little Request a Quote button? It just made everything easier, and more anti-social. Within a few hours I had quotes arriving from three companies, and Blossom Trees was the first to respond. It's looking like the great reviews don't lie. Blossom Trees responded first, they were the first to visit, they provided a written estimate that turned out to be the most inexpensive quote, and they were able to fit us in within five days of the original visit. They sent four people to handle one slightly overgrown plum tree and, while my photo only shows the end result, it should be noted that they completely cleaned up after themselves, which wasn't easy -- their 45 minute job shook every single yellow, orange and brown leaf from the branches, and left a big pile on the ground. I'd hire again in a heartbeat.

Wow...so these guys and gal completely bailed me out. I woke up this am, early to check on some…read moregrass/seeding repair areas in my front lawn. I heard something strange coming from my main valve, water, area, and lo and behold... The bonnet Had ruptured and was leaking water...Oh boy! So... after calling, just Sprinklers for a little assistance... Since no one else was open... They pointed me towards a supplier in Albuquerque to go buy the correct replacement part. After returning with the correct replacement part... I soon discovered that the broken bonnet had lodged itself in the female side of my plumbing, and I was terrified to go after it to pull it out... For fear of ruining the existing plumbing assembly. That said, I called just Sprinklers back, and I was handed over to the very knowledgeable young lady... Who walked me through on how to remove the broken bonnet without damaging my existing plumbing assembly. 30 seconds later, I was screwing in the new bonnet into the assembly and everything was back up and running. What a great learning experience this was. Keep in mind they could've just sent somebody out and build me a couple of hundred bucks to do this themselves... But they took the initiative to walk me through this correctly over the phone... Do you think I'm gonna call them down the road for help?? Absolutely... 100%... Now this was customer service. Right at the appointed time, James Diaz came to hear our concerns about the yards, answered questions we had and made recommendations for the "deep clean" we thought it needed. He identified that we had a tree that was infected with borers (we didn't know what they were initially). We received the estimate as promised and were able to pick and choose the items we wanted easily. I talked most often with Alexia who was always professional, friendly and helpful. When the work was scheduled, they arrived on the days and times as expected. Alexia regularly communicated to advise of their anticipated arrival. I was able to be at home when the landscape workers were there and saw how efficiently and thorough they were in the removal of weeds, removal of the infected tree, trimming of all our shrubs, removal of the old mulch and the laying down of the new compost in our backyard.
