The pricing is unbeatable, and I've used them twice now. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. Throughout both moves not a single thing was broken, came up missing or was otherwise mishandled. Then to top it all off after they did such an excellent job I wrote them a check which frickin bounced! I haven't bounced a check in twenty years, but I wrote this from an old bank account which was closed without realizing I grabbed the wrong check book. No matter, Joe was very understanding and we met up and took care of it. I expected him to be super unhappy about it but he just shrugged and said these things happen. He's just a super nice guy, a great mover, and overall a godsend when you need to make a smooth transition into a new place.

They didn't blink an eye when they saw the 2 floor they had to go up, but without stopping , the two started bringing everything up and placing it where I wanted it to live. I am out thousands and drowning in paper for my insurance, the police and all the other reports. The quote they give you will be about 1/2 of the real cost. Look at the reviews on Facebook and Google. These people are predatory con artists and I stole close to 9k of my belongings. Hope they go to jail.

And did nothing to offer to fix any of these things except send me a check for $140. They were the worst. Short move from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and they didn't finish unloading till two AM in the morning (they had told us we would be easy since they did all the packing the day before for us at an additional expense). They gave us a great estimate so we went with them. But their estimate was way off. Unprofessional.

They carried two huge curio cabinets from the second floor out the front door so smoothly, we couldn't believe it. It feels terrific to more have room now and to have donated some nice furniture.
