Our vision for the project was to refurbish our home to become more modern, which meant choosing a different exterior paint color. Unable to decide which colors to choose, we asked Chris what colors he would recommend. Not only was he able to immediately recommend different colors, but the color scheme he chose for us fitted our home perfectly and was exactly what we had in mind. Despite the unpleasant weather, Chris's team would arrive on time every day and work with no complaints. The workspace was always kept clean and organized at the end of each day; upon finishing, they made sure the surrounding area was extra clean. The most surprising thing is, the team was able to finish the project in a week, a whole week faster than the original 2 week estimate! It is amazing how quickly yet masterfully they were able to complete the work in these summer conditions, and we thank them for all their hard work (not to mention that they were able to start work a day or two after Chris's appraisal). We initially weren't planning on repainting our garage since it was newer, but after seeing how it looked with the new colors, we decided we wanted to repaint it as well. We had a large stucco patch area due to removing some plumbing under the kitchen window and you can't even see where the hole was. Hy Painting is painting our apartment complex, and they have terrible communication skills. Over a…read moreweek ago, they started on our side of the apartment, getting up on our balcony to paint the exterior of the building. They failed to mention to management that they needed balcony access, so I woke up one morning to find to workers covering my stuff sitting out on the balcony. I asked them if I needed to bring in my property to avoid any damages and they said "No." They covered things with plastic, but it wasn't enough and I found that, nearly, everything that I had out there had gotten white paint on it; even the balcony floor, which is brown. I called the owner and he stopped by the next day to inspect, saying that he would have them clean up. Suffice it to say, their "cleaning" left a lot to be desired and didn't remedy the damage done to two chairs, some glass, potted plants, and a few other items. The workers, including the owner, don't speak English well enough to effectively communicate in the effort to prevent something like this that is easily preventable, or resolve something like this properly. They're still working on the apartment, getting paint on things other than the walls. Painting large buildings like apartments isn't an easy job, but taking the proper precautions to prevent damage to people's property is required when you own and operate a business. This should be common sense.

I elected to go with him, and he told me he could start in about 5 days. We agreed on a day and the guys showed up right on time. It was a crew that ranged from 2 - 5 guys, depending on the time of the day. They were well organized, did a good job, protected the floor, and overall did a satisfactory job. There are one or two areas that I need to touch up, but it is not a big deal. I was very impressed that they got it done in 4 days, working normal hours. Was a well oiled machine! House looks beautiful now and would gladly use them again!
